Irene replied "well then, my goal is to find a rye that he likes." Well she succeeded. Irene introduced us to several barrel pick whiskies that were absolutely incredible, and not just from your standard distilleries. Irene has a passion for whiskey and in bringing out new craft distilleries that are doing some amazing work. She curates the entire process, introducing you to the nose and flavor profiles seamlessly, and is an incredible story teller. She also keeps the whiskey flowing, making sure you are constantly tasting new and interesting products, all inside an hour. I would highly recommend anyone who is a whiskey fan drop by for a tasting, or simply just to shop, all the staff their are very knowledgeable and can make helpful recommendations.”
