I always felt ignored as a female shopper here but I have to say this store has changed for the better. The staff is friendly and talk to each other on ear pieces. They even have young women working there who will be happy to help you find what you are looking for. I just returned from the store and the woman who worked with me was quite knowledgeable and knew where everything was and told me customer buying habits. I learned.Also I have to say the store is really beautiful.

I almost alway find what I need at Lindells and the sales help are helpful and friendly, but today, Alex at the service desk went on and beyond to help me open a little metal box that I lost the key to. I had no idea what was in it. Was it full of pennies from my husband or precious jewelry or something in between. Alex helped get it open and I was thrilled to see my long “lost” jewelry!I am grateful to Lindells and Alex. Thank you so much!

Very poor service. Inquired by phone about an fob key. Since no one returned my call I stopped by Lindell’s and spoke to Alex. I had some follow up questions and called him twice. I never received a return call. Subsequently I acquired the fob from another source. Not a good way to run a highly competitive business.

Excellent customer service. The Lindell team helped me acquire a range of tools necessary for interior renovations and painting. The paint department has great knowledge and recommendations. Highly recommend.

Excellent, well stocked, family owned store. Staff is very willing to help and they are knowledgeable on the products they sell. Staff is at the door ready to help you with any questions you may have as soon as you enter the door. I must say even though Lowes and Home Depot are close to me, I will be going to C A Lindell instead.I appreciate the willingness to help. Searching for someone in the big box stores to help is not how I like to spend my day. Thank you C A Lindell!

Since becoming an Ace Hardware store Lindell's has changed dramatically. Much better organized, greater selection and with courteous and knowledgeable staff. Along with that you have the backing of the Ace Hardware Web site and almost an unlimited variety of items all of which can be shipped to the store quickly with free shipping competing with Amazon.

They have pretty much have every thing you may need for painting or sanding. Anything to do with your home or construction they have. I myself have festool sanders and sandpaper, painting supplies. Their even dog friendly. You can take your ? in with to shop.

I was working on a friends chimney, and I needed a two foot level. I found C A Lindell's on line. They had a great selection for a store that's in such a very rural area. Their prices are a bit on the expensive side, but their customer service was excellent, along with their selection. I'd definitely recommend them of you're working in the area, and want a tool you may need to complete your job.
