YES Fitness is a godsend. I am six months into my first strength-building program, and I am amazed by the changes in my body. My fitness coach meets me where I am at every workout, and since I am a person with Parkinson’s Disease, that can be a challenge. At YES, I always feel supported, but never coddled. I also appreciate the welcoming calm of the fitness studio; the idea of a big open gym with people coming and going always intimidated me. Finding YES was the turning point in my battle to stave off the ravishes of PD. I feel truly empowered for the first time since my diagnosis, fifteen years ago. I wouldn’t be where I am without the folks at YES, and I look forward to continuing my journey to strength.

I've been with YES Fitness for 4 months. I am now stronger and I have more energy. I wanted to do heavy chores around the house without feeling like I don't have the strength or energy, so that is no longer a problem.Building muscles help me feel better on my runs and also my self body image. The trainers at YES are detailed, knowledgeable, and personal. The morning crew is the best...Glad I'm not the only morning person who wants to get a workout in before work. Check out YES, you will enjoy it.

I am so happy to have found YES Fitness. I like that it is semi-personal training so that you are receiving individualized programs without paying as much as hiring a 1:1 personal trainer. As a 59 year old woman, I also appreciate that a trainer is always watching to be sure that you are performing the exercises correctly as to not hurt yourself. It is a bit of a drive from my home, but I feel that what Chris offers at YES Fitness is worth the drive!

Great place. Not your typical gym. They coach you to a better fitness level. If your willing to listen to them and work you will get results.

I've now been with Chris for 21 years. I weigh much less than I did when I started, have greater stamina, and feel much better all around. There is no other choice for older people who want to stay fit.

After being away for awhile with an injury, I've returned and they have been working around my injury and incorporating some of my physical therapy exercises in my workout. Feels great to be back.
