(Marchelle Savage was acting manager)...I shop here daily. However when Im shopping alone or doing a mystery shop on the store ( I am a mystery shopper and have mystery shopped this store many times and written many reports on my experience in this store ironically) and checking out with my Walmart store bought grocery bags I never have a problem. I also as a job mystery shop this Walmart and never have this problem. However, when im with my sister who CLEARLY has a disability and she brings her smallest suitcase which has wheels to carry her items onto the city bus shes taking home, we always have security called on us. Today he stood 5 ft away from us and watched us pack up all our stuff. We watched him talk to other employees about us and when he thought we were leaving the store he stood by the entrance in a intimidating stance. We were not leaving though. this prompted him and the manager Marchelle Savage to follow us around the store aisle to aisle. everytime we looked over our shoulder there he was until we finally walked up to him and told him we were not stealing could he please stop following us around. he then said and his first response was that he was going to get us banned and removed from the store. so I walked away. I absolutely believe the situation was more about ego at this point. for i know he heard all the things i was saying at the register about how its ridicolous how we always get followed and for him to be so close to us never taking his eyes off of us while we are packing up...we already paid for everything! the best part is when i went to speak to the manager Marchelle Savage. After we were threatened to have the police called on us I went to another employee and asked to speak to the manager. Marchelle with three other employees are already standing and positioned right by the registers and she was very unprofessional! I had to explain that this was the worse we were stalked in the store and also that this doesnt happen to me unless im with my sister. Marchelle did not get what she wanted out of the conversation and we went back to finish our shopping. as we were walking off Marchelle yelled to us " Sorry I ruined your day!" sooo unprofessional and egotistic. i responded saying " you did not ruin my day" and went and finished the rest of my shopping. Id like to add that I am a black woman. in a white predominate town where racial profiling is not uncommon. Even as we are standing waiting for the city bus they still had security follow us out unto the parking lot.

Lazy bakery worker who wouldn't take 2 steps to assist a customer. Saw that fresh baked goods were in the cart to be wheeled out. So asked bakery worker if I could have the fresh items instead. Worker refused to retrieve an item packaged and labeled to go on the floor 2 steps away from him. Made me wait 20 minutes for him to wheel the car 3 feet out onto the bakery floor. The whole time he ignored me standing there waiting

Probably one of the worst I've ever been in. Nothing is ever stocked, be careful buying meat I've seen rotten stuff in coolers, shelves always empty, checkout usually under staffed, self checkout closed???? What? Prepared food out at peak times, the list is endless. The only good thing there is the guy in the pharmacy he is excellent!

This Walmart is awful. Everything is always out of stock. ALWAYS. The employees are not helpful at all. There has been several times we had an employee paged to jewelry or the outdoor section and 10 minutes later nobody shows up so we ask again. There are very few employees that are nice and actually seem like they want to help you.

Never seems to be anyone at the desk. You have to go find someone in electronics that will take ten minutes to come over and help you.

This is the closest Walmart to me. This location doesn't exchange gas grill propane tanks..??? Some of the employees are rude and watch you like a hawk at self check out, but won't help you when something won't scan. No one available at photo ever. Walmart has become like Sam's club...everything self service.

Ever since our Walmart grew up and became a Supercenter, I've enjoyed it more than most other Walmart stores, including ones I've frequently gone to in the past. First, of course, it's a Walmart, which means that it's a cornucopia of all kinds of things and if you're aware of what you're buying, you can find good deals. There are a few things I can only get there, in the area, and are nicely priced, compared to, say, ordering online. (I won't tell you what they are because you're all going to go out and get them on me and I won't be able to find them. :-P) There are a few things that really aren't much of a deal at all, too. Like I said, you need to be aware. That said, the other two big factors are service and cleanliness. Everyone I've dealt with or seen at this Walmart seemed happy enough and worked efficiently. The rare times I've had a more complicated issue, it was handled quickly and well. (Unlike, oh, I shouldn't *cough* Lisbon *cough* say.) The store is relatively new so that is part of the cleanliness but it's in the look of the shelves and aisles and seemingly little things like the restroom cleanliness. The people that work there seem to know that its important. If I have one criticism it's with the parking lot, especially the choke point right after you go down the access road to the entrances to the parking aisles. The best thing they could do--that they don't always do--is keep the size of the shrubs and ground cover down so you can SEE cars coming in and out of those turns, especially because it's an awkward approach.

The staff should have more customer service training and flexibility with large purchases. If you find something that will not fit in your car, don't ask if they can hold the item until you get a bigger vehicle, even if you pay for the item! I think the people just makeup their own rules, poor customer service.

This store is a joke. Everything I go there for is ALWAYS out of stock or they do not have it at all. Employees are ALWAYS standing around doing nothing. If you ask them something they look at you like you are from another planet. I don't understand the "clearance items", they are the same price they were when not on clearance. The pharmacy is the only good thing in this store. Whoever designed the parking lot should be fired. This "Supercenter" may be close by, but I will take the few extra minutes and miles to shop at Lisbon or Putnam.

Very thin on any staff to help you. The staff that are there seem to have 0 knowledge of anything and could care less. Generally hiding out somewhere. I have even observed them doing so. There have been a few that actually seem some what worth while. The guys I have encountered in electronics, hardware and toys seem pretty much a waste of payroll. Way to many managers and no line level associates seems redundant. Nice store because it is new but that is as far as that goes. Not stocked well, some items have been out for weeks for no apparent reason. There seems to be an excess amount of inventory in warehouse that should be on the floor. I actually had to stand in front of a security camera flailing my arms just to try to find any employees a few times. Some of the same spills have been on the floors for weeks now with no appearance of anyone maintaining the facility. Walmart, well that it is. I do not understand why they choose to hire the undesirables yet give no opportunities to qualified help willing to work there. Don't see any benefit to paying dirt wages when all that suffers is your bottom line because of the high level of incompetence. Thank god for self checkout because the last thing I want to do when done there is to wait forever for yet another incompetent to figure out how to scan items. I would be embarrassed to be the manger of this store. I have managed places for 25 years and would never let my place portray such a poor image of my company. There is 1 plus! The pharmacist was excellent!!!! The only person in the whole place that I have encountered with perfect customer service skills! I go to this store almost daily and observations are consistent. Than again, I guess this is the image Walmart must find acceptable.
