“I want to give them 0(zero) stars but they didn’t do anything wrong to deserve zero stars other than being EXTREMELY like ExTrEmLy! Strictly appointment based facility!!! They have 2 facilities within 2 miles of each other. I was 1 day late (load was already late before I was dispatched on it so I made them reschedule) I dropped 1st load and then had to drive almost an hour away to a pilot and wait for appointment for next day for 2nd drop 1.7 miles away from 1st drop at the SAME SaME company ?????????? I showed up anyways to 2nd drop just in case they could write me in and Anthony Fauci looking security guard told me to come back next day for appointment ????????? DON’T come early! DON’T come late! Arrive exactly on time! Earliest 15 minutes! It’s IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE! Nearest truck stop is 45 miles away. There is a rest area somewhere close by on I-395 but why the hell would anyone wait 24 hours at a rest area just to be “close by”. SOOOOOO…. Other than that, the people are awesome!!! Dr. Fauci security person is awesome with the Boston accent too ??? facility is mostly run by senior citizens. Very low key. Just that one little thing! In a place that is stuck in the middle of nowhere and it’s EXTREMELY strictly appointment based ?? in reality absolutely no hate. Easy in and out. Good luck chumps ?”
“Good. They unloaded fast. Even fast considering that I had a delivery for them that wasn't originally on their schedule. Somehow their schedule was printed out before my load was scheduled? Lmao but I wouldn't mind going back honestly”

“Great little office--I usually stop in a few times a month to drop off my ups prepaid packages. the ladies here are great! they even go above and beyond to help customers ship amazon returns (which they cant do with the qr codes so they are not making a sale but helping people anyway). im always in and out quickly.”
