I needed to get my two young children seen on a Friday evening, looked at local areas and saw that cvs was probably my closest and open till 7:30. Well I showed up at 7:10 to see a woman in scrubs walking out, I hoped there was someone else inside, but no. They closed early. I will NEVER go back. You couldn’t stay the last 20 minutes of your shift???! Thank you for making a tired mom stand and cry. Oh! And end up with a huge bill since the only other place I could go, since everything else was closed, was backus emergency care in Plainfield.

Well the setting of the appointment was easy, then upon arrival it went downhill real fast from there. 12/19/2022, Time 11:40 am.Started to do the Kiosk and got interrupted several times, then waited, then more questions, then into the room we go.I will say this, after 10 to 15 minutes of rough direction, being abruptly told what to do, being talked down to, I had enough and stated to Linda Pio that she needed to change her tone and comments to me as I was there for help not her abuse.Told me little to nothing about what was going on, every question was like pulling teeth. She just wanted to type in the computer and move me along. No personality for dealing with sick people. No interaction skills with a patient, No nothing but a very uncomfortable situation.If I had to be seen again there I much rather stay sick. She wore no gloves, No mask but kept correcting me when my mask moved a little.Then she went and gave me a $239.00 bill ??????? Is that the cost to be treated and uncomfortable these days.I was there for the 139.99 max to be seen, that does not include the meds. Just maybe if she let me know what was going and what to expect I would not have been so upset. Sorry but Terrible, terrible visit. I will NEVER go back to that clinic.My scripts are going to go to Big Y and I will go to another care facility.Be nicer and have more manners when dealing with the sick Linda or move onto another profession. This has 1 star because it would not let me leave it blank.It was a nice 18 years of this CVS, even in the old building but it is time to move on.Jim

Can't say I really think that the services are top notch. The PA got pretty personally angry when I tried to tell her certain meds she wanted to give me don't work. One in particular causes more problems than it solves. I can say I won't ever be back. Especially since she thinks I'm punishing her for the prescription of a different PAIN another State! Get better help.

Didn't know this place even existed , glad I do now! The office is very clean but the best part is the people very knowledgeable and understanding!
