“Best for bulk shopping (I have a chest freezer) and other items. They have unique items not found anywhere else
Their "Deli" is great. STAY AWAY from their tire department. They lost the locking lug nut for my car. No dealer or car service shop would touch it.
It took me 8 hrs. to remove the 4 of them. If a tire went flat I would not have been able to change it. They would only compensate me in store credit for $200 Dollars for what everyone else wanted $500 to do. I had the tools. The management at B.J.'s is horrible. Never do anything there you think would require them. I would not buy high end electronics there, or anything except food items.”
“We made a leisurely trip on a Saturday to browse all the sections. Some goodies were picked up even though they were not on our shopping list. That's typical of Costco, isn't it!!!!!
Fresh produce and their signature croissants topped the shopping cart.
The crowning glory was the pizza pitstop, indeed!!!!”
“After enduring four solid hours of testing at a major hearing aid seller, then gasping at their over-the-top cost, I headed off to Costco in Brookfield to try their Kirkland. Can't say if every Costco is as good, but this one has been spectacular. Their private test is long and detailed. And exacting. Turns out my visit was long overdue and sorely needed. Perhaps every hearing aid seller delivers the same results. For me , sounds were suddenly alive; clear, clean, bright, crisp discernable sounds. Which is very nice, but just my personal journey. It's how I got here that really matters. The preliminary test was exacting and the audiologist's patient attention to detail was impressive. It was sadly both humiliating and humbling to learn how poorly I was hearing. But the audiologist seemed to understand that, and remained kind and supportive and, I was sure, actually caring. My new ears (as I like to call them) arrived fulling programmed and ready to wear in about a week. After being fitted and tested I was asked to walk through the store. "Come back when you've done your shopping..." Then there were new question about comfort (both physically and audibly), the balance of background sounds, the sound of my own voice.... More adjustments, another walk, a few minor tweaks, and I was headed home. It was definitely not perfect after that. Yet no matter how minor or major a problem might have seemed to me, no matter my request for something only I could hear, it was resolved within minutes (or a few days at worst). There was never an added charge, never a hesitation. I'm only sorry I didn't go much sooner. It's well past a year now. My new ears - Kirkland Signature 10 (made by Sonova) - are still hearing flawlessly. Alas, not everyone has been as fortunate. This model has been discontinued and other brands are available. Fortunately it was never the device alone that impressed me - it's been the ongoing service. And I suspect that'll continue no matter whose brand is sold here.”
“I just want to give major credit to the technician who helped me. He was working completely alone, trying to install my tires, answer the phone, and help a constant line of people waiting for propane. It was a lot, but he stayed calm, focused, and didn’t give anyone attitude. He really did his best, and I appreciated that.
What bothered me was that the manager walked in multiple times, and when people asked him for help, he just said, “I don’t know, let me get someone,” and pulled the technician away each time. So not only was he doing everything by himself, but he kept getting pulled off my car to ring people out or help others. It ended up taking almost two hours to finish the tire installation. Not because of the tech, but because he was stretched so thin!
The technician gets a 10/10 from me. He worked hard and stayed professional the whole time. Honestly the manager needs to step up and support his team better.
I didn’t ask the tire tech his name since he was busy enough but he wore glasses and had a man bun. The guy deserves a raise for sure.”
“I was traveling to the area and forgot by bag with my glasses and contacts at home, some 8 hrs away. My prescription is unique and usually requires preordering so I was quite panicky about what to do. A local friend arranged for an emergency appointment with Karen and Dr. Duffy to get a new prescription. They were able to fit me in on the same day and give me samples to get me through until I could get home. Dr. Duffy was incredibly understanding and sympathetic and I am so very grateful. Highly recommend!”
“My experience at the Costco Tire Center was absolutely outstanding. All three gentlemen I worked with were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful—Chris, the supervisor, in particular, went above and beyond to make the entire process seamless. I had mistakenly ordered the wrong tires, but they quickly and expertly resolved the issue, leaving me completely impressed. I wholeheartedly recommend Costco Tire Center to anyone looking for exceptional service and expertise.”
