Bad experience at this location. I have been a Webster Bank user for more than 10 years. Every time I want to make a transaction or cash a check it is a problem. I think the people who work there have no experience or need more training.

Webster Bank ever since it merged with Sterling National Bank the personal honest service you used to receive is now a thing of the past, you are liable for fraud charges on your account, with Webster, your account is not protected. Please, watch out for this particular bank's manager, she lies. I told her I was going to close my accounts and take my monies else where that's when she asked me not to close the accounts, to give her some time to work on the fraud. I gave her 8 weeks and did not want to speak to me and her employee was telling me I could not withdraw my money without enough notice but yet accepted my monies in form of two checks when I made the mistake to deposit it with them After she promised to help with a fraud charge on my account, she would not take the call after she had me waiting over eight weeks with no information and did not call me back when I left a message for her. They are now "Big"don't do business with them you'll regret it. When a small business goes big, you're not important to them any longer. And the Manager, Sheila Duarte has proven that. And as far as my money, don't worry Sheila, it's coming out a little at a time via other better financial institutions. You fooled me with your fake kindness however, my large sum of money is coming out.

I left Webster about a decade ago but this is a convenient ATM location so I’ve stopped in a few times for cash. I have lost so much money in ATM errors requiring multiple transactions and fees. I’ve watched people loose tons of money in the cash deposit and get thrown into the run around of corporate tickets. The employees inside always have a big smile but nothing they can do to help. The trouble is just not worth the convenience.

WB is acceptable, though not my first choice. They definitely contribute to the stereotype of "bankers hours." They also seem to have a habit of closing what would seem to be the most convenient locations in the greater Danbury area (granted that I'm not privy to any of the data analytics in these decisions).
