Terrible. Mark was downright mean and unhelpful. I had a broken phone, he refused to replace it, said I owed money. I called verizon, they negated his claim, mailed me a free replacement for my trouble and reduced my plan rate by $25 a month on top of that, for the disaster of an experience I had.

Terrible. Mark was mean. how could he be employed. Absolutely The worst experience I've ever had with any service provider, in my life. i called Verizon direct and they fixed the problem immediately.

Very impressed with the friendly staff who made it easy as they set up my new iPhone. Was actually dreading the experience but in forty-five minutes, we were done and I left Android behind.

This location is a nightmare.The manager refused to give my phone back and kept trying to"fix" it when all I was asking was to use their phone because I needed to contact Verizon. His behavior was intimidating and extremely unprofessional, willing to leave me stranded with no phone service in order to contact Verizon to resolve the situation.They have absolutely no customer service training. Beware. All they want to do is sell you something, If you purchase anything from this location, you will get absolutely no support from the staff at this location.Please use the Verizon location at the Danbury Mall. The manager Tom is very accommodating, and actually knows what he's talking about when it comes to servicing a phone.They are always extremely helpful in Danbury, so save yourself the nightmare of Brookfield on Federal road.

No one helped me for 5 min. I asked if someone was available was flat out told no. Ok.. so I say I just need a Sim card. No, we can't do that now and it'll be 20 or 30 min. So no one was going to acknowledge me and let me know the wait time was 30min!? There were two techs and two customers. Could have said something to save me the wait to begin with. Seems very rude. Won't be buying anything from there

Worst experience I've ever had in a Verizon store (or any store for that matter). I came in for technical support because text messages are not being delivered to certain people and the Verizon phone support is non-existent. This person on Federal Road treated me with complete indifference and then total disdain. He "reset the network" on my phone but didn't solve my problem and rendered my phone useless -- "no service." Just handed it back with a shrug. When I asked for a manager, he said he's "out" and refused to give me a last name, just Brad.Verizon, your customer service has hit an all time LOW and your Verizon Automated Assistant Tech Support line needs a major AI upgrade.

Rude, condescending, unhelpful. If there were negative stars I would give the staff there that rating. Try to find another place to do business.I called Verizon Customer Service and everything was handled within 5 minutes with an explanation.

The gentleman that helped me (navy veteran, I’m so sorry I forgot his name!) was a really nice and helpful guy. Told me everything he was doing throughout the process (sim swap), and was super friendly. In and out in under 30 minutes.

I stopped in last night and worked with Corey to switch my plan and add a line. Truly the best customer service I have ever received. So helpful and knowledgeable. Sometimes when you go to a store like this you feel like “just another customer” but I felt like they really paid attention and cared.
