I had an issue with my iPhone and Larry from the Verizon store on Federal Rd. went above and beyond to help me. Not only did he do it quickly and easily, he also was able to save me money by consolidating other services I was paying extra for. He also found issues on my bill I was unaware of that he went out of his way to fix. It was truly a pleasure to work Larry, his pleasant demeanor and depth of knowledge made the trip to the store more than worth it and I highly recommend Larry and the brookfield Verizon store.

Larry was amazing after many hours dealing with other sales people at other stores. He was amazing and more helpful than everyone else in half the time with a great attitude!

This Verizon store is one of the best I went in there with a billing issue and Gil Delfino would stop at nothing until it was resolved he waited on hold with me for over an hour making sure my situation was resolved thanks to his great customer service I was able to get the whole matter squared away all the staff in this location are great but Gil is my guy from now on thanks again verizon federal rd!!!!!

Corey was extremely helpful, patient, and courteous with my family. My brother and mom purchased new iPhones and needed much help. He was with them every step of the way. He is an asset to Verizon. A very positive experience.

When in for an iPad after having trouble with my account at other places. Dealt with Gil. Most helpful employee I've ever met and absolutely a genuine guy. I recommend asking for him if you need assistance at this store. 5/5.
