My package was ‘out for delivery’ at 9am, and was due no later than 7pm. Wouldn’t you believe it, 8pm rolls around and no package. I checked again at 9 and it said it was delivered. I checked my cameras, and saw no delivery driver or package. I walked my property, no package. I saw the blurry picture of my package on someone else’s doorstep though, that was really cool. Don’t worry, I’ll post it below for everyone to see, maybe you’ll recognize the brick design . Went to call customer service and was told I’d have to wait up to 15 days for an investigation. How about you investigate the driver who clearly didn’t care about doing the job right. I worked at FedEx before, and never did I leave a package at someone’s door I didn’t think was the right address.

Hours stated opened until 5pm M-F. Arrived at 2:50pm on a Tuesday to a note on the door they closed at 2:00pm. Waste of my time. Unprofessional

Came to this locations three separate times during regular open business hours and have arrived to a sign on the door stating they’re closed. Why even have business hours posted on the door of your establishment let alone online if they are not accurate. BE BETTER.

My family sent me a care package. I waited until 5pm Saturday and it didn’t arrive yet, so I went shopping. Attempted delivery was made at 5:18…. Frustrating, they required a signature, so they didn’t deliver and instead said it would be available for pickup on Monday from Advanced Auto Parts. Cool an extra 2 days of waiting, UPS sucks, just leave my package I, give zero f’s about requiring a signature.

Champ the counter guy is like no other. He has a rather enjoyable dead pan type of humor about him. Fast, prompt customer service and you're in and out pretty quick and at a fair price. Hrs are weird so make sure you check in advance.
