“Absolutely take your car here if you have transmission problems, or even suspected transmission issues. The Hyundai dealership noted that I needed to get my transmission serviced a few months back (car is around 78K, and I had already serviced it once before around 55K). I was skeptical, so I wanted a second opinion. I called Jerry's and they explained the policy- bring it in early morning, give them time to look at it and we'll go from there. They called around lunch with good news- nothing wrong with the car! I was curious why I would be told that and the simple answer was, " they wanted to make some $$$ off of you, but your car is fine." I will only go here for transmission issues from now on. I just wish they did more than just transmissions. Rare to find honest, affordable mechanics these days.”

“I had an amazing experience here. My back panel was damaged and the piece was on back order, but the manufacturer kept pushing the date further and further back. The team at Lang’s consistently called and updated us on the status of my car as well as communicating with the manufacturer to try and get me some sort of compensation as it ultimately took around 5 months to even get the part in. They were incredibly polite and friendly, even helping me get a parking permit off of my damaged car.
