Been coming to this tire center for 25 years. The one time I come when Paul is on vacation they are terrible. Slow service on a slow day. They literally time the job and work as slow as possible to use up the allotted time estimate.Waste of time. Go to Costco. I won't be back.

I had to get winter tires for my car, Ed helped me out and was very knowledgeable, taking the time to explain each of his recommendations. He was able to order the tires in and get them put on my car within 2 days. Their team also inspected all 4 of my summer tires for damage/wear free of charge, which was very nice of them.

I had a super experience at Town Fair Tire. Nick was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I really appreciated the time and explanation on my tires and warranty. I will keep coming back!!!!

I went to the Brookfield, CT Town Fair Tire and received exceptional service. The store was closing soon and I came in with a tire emergency. Without hesitation, Nick helped me get 4 brand new tires and the full service. He was knowledgeable and worked with me every step of the way. I couldn’t say enough about the service Nick provided and would recommend this location to anyone.

I had an excellent experience replacing 4 tires on my car. My sales person Ed was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in every way! I will definitely be back for my other car. This is the only place I will go for tires.

Dave and everyone at town fair were a huge help. They found me the right tire online for my Tacoma off road and ordered it for me. Process was quick and easy! Will definitely be back!

I wish to thank managers, Ed and Paul for accommodating me today before my appointment time, especially Luis, the technician who expertly found the small nail repaired my brand new Falken Tire. They are the best from a 911 first responder!

I went to the town fair tire store in Brookfield and I was helped by Nick. He was great and great service. I was getting 4 new tires and he said it may take an hour. It was done in less than an hour. I recommend this TFT store if you're in the area.

I highly recommend Town Fair Tire of Brookfield, they go above and beyond for their customers. Paul, Brian, Nick, and Ed are very friendly, helpful, and truly provide a high level of customer service that you would just not expect at a tire store, wow! We have been buying tires here for many years and will continue to count on these guys to help us with all of our tire/alignment needs. Today, I purchased new tires for my SUV, and during the alignment phase, they discovered an issue with a part underneath my car and suggested that I have it towed to our mechanic. They were so kind to drive me to the rental car location and confirmed the tow truck pick up for me. I was very grateful for their guidance today!
