“Had an issue with all 4 brakes freezing intermittently. Didn't happen often but would leave me in a pinch when it did. I usually service my own vehicles but couldn't figure this one out and brakes are a quite important safety feature. Had limped it to another car care center once before who proceeded to tell me the repairs would be about what the vehicle was worth, 15k! Thought that was ridiculous, and as it turns out, was not true at all! Thankfully NJK figured it out quickly and did the repair next day no problem.What a great, honest, reliable shop. I highly recommend them to anyone for anything car or truck related.”

“Grand Prix Motors, their technician Kevin in particular, was awesome. I locked myself out of my car (first time in 25+ years), and was in a location without good cell service. When Kevin called and couldn't talk to me he texted right away, got my location, told me he would be able to be there in 10 minutes. I needed to catch a flight in 1.5 hours. When he arrived he quickly got out his gear and unlocked my car. Afywr my sharing my challenges with the poor cell service, he shared he knew the area had poor service and knew it would be hard for me to get help. The two other garages I called couldn't get anyone to me for over an hour. He was prompt, professional, good humored and kind. The garage's dispatch person also did a great service by finding me a tech who was in my area given my time constraints which I shared with them. Thank you Grand Prix Motors for salvaging my flight plans, and that of my whole family. Phew! Job well done. Thanks Kevin and team!”

“Look I wish I had taken photos but I was in so much shock when my truck broke down east bound on RT 84 about mile 67 that all I could think of was how I was gonna get my family home.We were coming back from a 1500 miles trip to west Pensilvania from Boston. We were on an F450 towing a new equipment trailer that we had purchased as part of a new franchise that we invested on. So towing this gig wasn’t going to be a any man’s job and I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to get it done. Specially given the fact it was 11:00 o’clock at night.But to our amazement (God is great), after trying every option listed on Google for recovery and 24 hrs repairs nearby, Brownie’s was the last number we tried and Boom ?!!! From how Paul handled the call to how he came himself within Las then 30 min to get my family in his personal vehicle because it would take some time until he could get an operator on site to tow my equipment. (Mind you, I didn’t ask for him to come, he offered) Not only he did this and brought us to the hotel, he even went as far as when hearing my wife and I saying that we o my had credit cards and no cash, he offered us if we needed cash.When I tell you that this man was an angel that came to save us yesterday, trust me and believe me: He was just it.I wish o could give him 10 stars but I hope this helps him and helps those whom ever find themselves in a vehicle jam around the Danbury CT area, don’t even bother with anyone else cuz you will NEVER experience the same level of service that Paul os dedicate to give.I hope Sucess, happiness, health and wealth ALWAYS follow him wherever he goes.
