I have gone to the T Mobile in Brookfield many times over the past few years and each time I have received exceptional service from the entire staff. They are knowledgable, courteous and patient. Any questions are responded to and explained thoroughly. Even though this store is further from my home, I actually travel here each time.

This T-Mobile offers things they can’t back up. They will say one thing but then charge you another. We were told we can upgrade our plan and get apple watches for $5 a month a watch with a new holiday deal. This turned out to be $15 a month each for 2 years and we were unable to remove them once they were added. We upgraded our plan and were told it would be around $10 more, ended up costing way more and had to spend HOURS on the phone with T-Mobile to sort out. Was told I could pay off my phone for about $180 after a couple months. Now it’s over $300! Screen protectors bought at the store are no longer covered. Never had this many issues at any other store. The people working here were very nice and seemed helpful but with this many mistakes and this much confusion I can’t go there again. I wish I had seen the other reviews sooner.

This store needs a major update. No comfortable seating for waiting customers, and the staff isn't very knowledgeable, but they are very friendly. Was there for 2 hours for something simple. They really didn't have a lot of merchandise on display to look at.

I spoke to a man named David on the phone today and I don’t think I’ve ever had a more pleasant phone call with a business. His customer service was remarkable. Not only did he help me with my phone issues but he also gave me some pretty solid life advice. He made my day today. I applaud T-Mobile for hiring such a relatable and helpful employee and I applaud David for being so kind, helpful, and non judgmental toward my situation. 5 Stars!

I just came on here to leave a positive review of my experience at this t-mobile location, when I noticed some bad reviews pertaining to this store and its employees. FWIW, I have been working closely with them over the last month upgrading/porting over my family and business lines. I have visited this location several times in the last 4-6 weeks and have nothing but good things to say. I have been in the store at times when they were incredibly busy and the store manager, Dave, as well as his employees, Alex and Shawn, made a point to attend to everyone waiting, apologize for the wait, and simultaneously not rush the current customer(s) they were working with.In my own experience over the last month or so working with this store to manage my several phone lines, I am grateful for my experience. They are patient, thorough, and professional. I have dealt with all three of them, and they are all great! The manager Dave is someone I would look for to join my team, his strong work ethic is noticeable and frankly, hard to come by these days. I hope his superiors know how fortunate they are to have someone like him on their team!(I think it is important to take some of these reviews with a grain of salt, because when people do not immediately get their way, they tend to get angry and do things out of spite. I'm a small business owner and this has happened to me in the past, and I know how crushing negative reviews can be on your business. It's also important to know that the store manager does not have the ability to change policies set forth by their upper management or t-mobile, they are regular people, not miracle workers.)

I don’t normally write reviews but I have to say out of the numerous T-Mobile stores in Danbury that Dave & the crew at this location are the best. Recently have been trying to upgrade into a new phone and they were the most honest & professional ones out of them all. Thanks again and I highly recommend.

Hi. Just switched from att to t- mobile a few days ago and so far I’m very happy with the service. Dave is the managers name that helped me with the process, he was very professional and helpful in every way , I was in there with the wife and kids and he was so patient with us. Basically we did everything in the matter of a few hours.

Came in to purchase an iPhone 14 pro max and an apple watch! And let me just tell you the customer service is amazing 10/10 will definitely be going back to the store!

Store manager David was an absolute creep. When I came in with my parents he was fine and attentive. I came back a few days later to pick up the phone I ordered and the first thing he said when I walked through the door was "I didn't even recognize you. You look a lot different without your parents by your side". Mind you he had his young kids with him, which already felt unprofessional. He then had to transfer my data to my new phone, told me it would take an hour so he said go run some errands and come back. He then said "Can you just do me a favor and get me a RedBull and get my daughter a chocolate bar?". I said sure, expecting him to pay me back and to overall avoid an uncomfortable confrontation. When I came back, he gave me my phone and didn't even offer to pay me back for what I just bought him. After I left, a few days later he texted me saying he forgot to do the 'port in credit for $200 a line on our phones and I needed to come back in'. How do you forget to do something like that?????? I will be going to a different store to resolve this issue in efforts to avoid him. Absolute weirdo. Super unprofessional. Avoid this place.

The manager at this store is absolutely despicable and should lose his job. I upgraded my daughters phone and was told there was a promotion on the new phone where the monthly payment would stay the same. These people lie to sell you the phone and plan. I called the manager twice to resolve and once time he had me on hold for 15 minutes to tell me he had a store full of people and couldn’t help me. He told me he would call me back in 10 minutes and when I showed up at the store there were no customers and he supposedly lost my number to call me back. Then he tried to pretend to make a fake phone call to a customer in front of me stating that he was doing a house call. Really? T-Mobile can’t even print a label at the store for you but they make house calls. Save yourself a lot of headache and head over to the Monroe location where the people that work there aren’t actually doing drugs in the back room.

When I enter a place knowing what I want, but I am told by some person who I have never met before that I need a new phone, I need a certain plan, that what I want is, I quote “not good”, reviews like this occur. Reviews like this are detrimental.The young fellow who tried his best to lock me into a 2 year plan that was double the cost of the prepaid plan I wanted was despicable and the sales techniques were not what I expected in a T-Mobile shop in Danbury. Pure rogue behaviour.When someone goes in asking for something, give it to them. Do not try to sell them something that they do not want. Said person is lucky not to have received a verbal bashing for his unprofessionalism and seemed deflated for being shot down when he did not sell something that was not wanted nor needed.Amateurs.

Deplorable and dishonestDon't do anything in here without having everything in writing, up front. We were out and out lied to. I went in for the holiday deal and left with the holiday nightmare. The rates aren't as promised, initially we were told we did not need to turn in our old phones and now getting notices that i need to trade them in. If they needed to be traded in, we wouldn't have left the store with them. . We would have turned them in at the time we received the new ones. When I asked for the supervisors phone number I was referred to a plaque on the wall with the customer service phone number. Rating t hem 1 star is too much, but that's the only way i could post the review.

I wish I read the previous review before going in there. If you do go in, do not do anything without getting it in writing up front. I went in for the holiday promo and left with the holiday nightmare! We were out and out lied to. The rates are not as promised, we were told we did not need to turn in our old phones, now I am getting notices that they need to be turned in. Had we been told they needed to be traded in, then we would have done it at the time we received the new phones.When asked for the supervisor's phone number, i was directed to a plaque on the wall the the customer service phone number on it. Smug, uncaring, dishonest and completely un helpful.All I wanted is what was promised!
