I had tried to install head units in both mine and my wife's cars and could not for the life of me get them to work. The team at Sounds Incredible was able to take my equipment and get it installed for a fair price extremely quickly. Great communication from Victoria, and they were able to fill in the gaps when I happened to be missing connectors or microphones.Absolutely phenomenal work, and I can't recommend them enough.

Just calling them alone showed me why this place has 5 stars. My in person experience with Annie (hope I spelled it right lol), Victoria, and PJ was absolutely professional. When the receptionist is knowledgeable as a mechanic would be, you know it's a place to go to.I am making this my spot for all of my cars everything related sound and remote start. People before and after me were walking out happier than they were walking in.

I had a lot of things done here at Sounds Incredible from Remote Starts to radio adjustments / tunes and never left unhappy always above and beyond from the whole crew… highly recommend them

Annie and the team over at Sounds Incredible did an outstanding job with replacing the entire audio system on my '22 Toyota Tacoma. Annie was happy to provide multiple quotes over whatever price range I was comfortable with and I never felt pushed into something I wasn't ready for. The final product is better than I could have imagined! Truly a team of professionals, and would recommend to anybody looking to get this type of work done on their vehicle.

I never mess with my stock audio, but I bought a new truck that was in need of some bass. This place had great reviews, so trusted them to do a good job. Annie was very helpful, and answered all my questions. Very clean and professional work, highly recommend. Thank you!

I've been a patron of Sounds Incredible for over 7 years and will continue to do so for as long as they are in business and I have a car with an audio system in it. Annie, John and Angel have come through for me in spades so many times I have lost count. Their customer service is impeccable, their work superb, and their prices are reasonable considering they could be charging so much more for the excellent job they do. I can never sing praises for them enough.

I have been using Sounds Incredible Mobile for the past 18+ years. I found them after a competitor botched an alarm system installation in my new 2003 Tahoe, which resulted in my vehicle not starting and needing to be towed.The level of customer service and knowledge of the equipment (and vehicles) that they work with is outstanding. In addition, the craftsmanship and quality of their installations are second to none. It is so good to see this old-school approach in this big-box slap-and-dash world still alive and well here.

John and Annie are a great husband and wife team who are true experts in the field of car audio. After spending thousands at another shop that shall remain nameless, my stereo system still sounded atrocious. This was with all JL Audio speakers, subs and amps, on a 2021 Honda CRV.John inspected my installation and found out that the previous installer had not only tuned the car incorrectly, but set the gain on my amps all wrong and had not installed the speakers correctly. After a day with John the car sounded awesome and well worth the extra money to have it done correctly.In fact, just recently I felt that some of the higher frequencies were a little too bright on my system, and Sounds Incredible let me come in and John and I tuned my car together for free! They are awesome. I cannot recommend them more! Very nice people too!

Sounds incredible has installed several radios and devices in my cars and have always done an incredible job. They are also very quick to answer questions and help with the setup of the equipment. I recommend them highly for installation of any electronic equipment in a car.

Could not be happier with with the work they have done on my Jeep. I went with the equipment they suggest and had them install it. It sounds incredible. I would not hesitate to bring my next vehicle there to have them design and install the sound system.

June 2023I had anxiety about leaving my 2020 gladiator since another undisclosed shop butchered my jeeps , I was very nervous to leave my jeep here , but let me make it clear , THESE GUYS ARE THE REAL DEAL !!! Amazing work , super clean installation, super professional and at the end of the day they would update me on the progress of the car, I had over 3 amps installed and wow I could recommend this engough definitely worth the 1:15hr trip from where I live . Definitely bring my friend and all future cars build here !!!!wish I would rate 10/10 stars

One word... INCREDIBLE!! I must extend my review. Although the word INCREDIBLE is apropo there needs to be more of a description of the Sounds Incredible Team. Annie, John, and Victoria are the absolute best at what they do. They are personable, good listeners, patient, honest, and courteous. I get the sense they really care about their customer's questions and concerns. The work they do is by far the best in the business as far as I am concerned. And they stand by everything they do. I wish I could give them 10 stars.

I rarely write reviews, but decided to express my appreciation after working with John and Annie for quite some time on my current builds. I am not a one time and done customer, but a many time many project one. I have brought two of my unique builds here for audio/peripheral work and have had nothing but positive results. The work that is done isn't cheap, but if you are looking for quality work then look no further! Being a business owner myself, I can attest to how hard it is to be honest and have a high standard put on the workmanship and customer's satisfaction in mind. I can say with confidence that John and Annie are honest and own up to the work they do!

Had them install a remote start On my ways 2017 Mazda CX-5. For some reason hers did not come from Mazda and with the remote start, but Dean from colonial Mazda a great salesman. The best and recommended sounds incredible. That's where they send their customers too . We were very happy with their service on our new vehicle. PJ, the head installer have known since high school and did a great job. Not only did he program the factory mazda remote to work as the remote start. We got an extra fob for it to work farther in distance up to 1500 ft away from the vehicle. Very professional Annie. The front desk is great. Can't wait to bring my truck in to have one put in mine! Also a lifetime warranty that doesn't void your vehicle warranty from the manufacturer. Highly recommend local business been around for a long time!
