The worst ShopRite I have ever walked into. The customer service was the worst I have ever encountered. On a scale of 1 to 10, I'd give it a negative 10; it was off-the-charts terrible. When I asked for help, only one employee was helpful, but they also had a very bad attitude while helping me find what I needed. It got so bad i just ended up walking out.. these people need customer care training. Will not be returning too this store ever again quality over quantity any day.

We have been shopping here since I moved to the area 10 years ago, prices are good and has most of what we need.
We often buy pre prepared food, from both, the hot section and the cold one.
The food from the cold section has become a joke, quality has diminished significantly, we know around two years ago they stopped making it at the store and are outsourcing it, isn’t close to what it was.
I’m adding pics of their chicken cutlets, all what you see is skin, eggs and bread crumbs, no meat, that’s what we paid for.
Please do something about it!!

Wow. How long can a floor move take?
We stopped coming here at least 2 months ago because they seemed to be reorganizing and it was such chaos, but I ventured back today thinking it might be a whole new store by now. Nope!
There are bare shelves all around, more than 1/2 of the products are nowhere to be found, others sitting in the aisles - blocking whatever is behind them, others have moved to what may or may not be their final destination, signs have not been updated. Customers all around me were going around in circles just like me (luckily nice-although-frustrated people were supporting each other, sharing information about items they've spotted while they wandered about). When I tried to ask a man stocking the shelves where to find the root beer (not in the same aisle as the seltzers evidently), he smiled nicely but nodded uncomprendingly as he did not speak a word of English... so that was no help. Luckily, one my fellow scavenger hunters had spotted the soft drinks and pointed me 3 aisles back.
I keep giving this place second chances as its convenient and my family has been shopping here years and years, the cashiers are generally quite nice, and they have often stocked products that were difficult to find elsewhere. But between an incident last year with a decaying vegetable tray and a needlessly difficult, potentially-racist customer service desk employee, and this mess, we wont be returning again soon, perhaps not at all.
Heading to new Little-Big-Y instead.

Every week I come here and spend approximately $500 on groceries. When ever I said thanks after the cashier gives me my receipt they never reply back with anything when they are supposed to say you welcome at least. Last time I will step into this Shop Rite: please teach your employees to have some manners if their parents and school didn’t. Sean is the name of the last cashier that even though I said thanks and he just ignored me I said you welcome back lol. Such a clown ?

This shop rite needs a major renovation. I've been to much nicer and bigger shop rites. No online pick up orders? Get with the times. Just go to Danbury.

Had a terrible experience when i brought my service dog in to store. Was greeted by the store manager who advised me i couldn't have my service dog. It was embarrassing due to he speaking to me in front of customers leaving me extremely upset. When asked to see the store policy i was told by the manager that he was the policy. He also advised me that he would deny me service. Very unprofessional.

Can we all agree that the digital coupan is a scam and ripping customers off? I refuse to buy anything.. you go scan it in and either you can't find the item or you give up trying.just put the best sales out there and stop confusing your customer base.
