I’d like to give a shout out and a huge thank you, to Michelle for all of her phenomenal customer service! From the moment I stepped into the door, I was promptly greeted and assisted with no hesitation at all. Michelle had such a friendly and helpful demeanor. Her expertises shined through as she explained the different options of colors and shades. I truly appreciated how she took the time to learn about my upcoming project, as well as my interests to assist me with finding the perfect color. Also, while in the store another customer came in and she remembered them by name and their prior purchases, to assist them. This just goes to further show her dedication not only to her work, but the people she serves. I highly recommend working with Michelle for all paint needs.

Junior treated us exceptionally well. If we return to this store it is because of HIM and not the white manager who very audibly spoke rudely to him while we were trying to purchase our paints in the store. While I understand it’s stressful to have a “skeleton crew” as we overheard his manager state loudly, it was a huge turn off to hear a white manager speak to a young black salesman in that manner.Thank you Junior for the way you took great care of us!!!

Excellent experience everytime we shop here. We are relatively new in the real estate investment game, and Michelle gave us the hook up. She helped set us up with a professional account so my partner and I can easily keep everything on the same account for business purposes. She was exceptional when it came to helping us determine colors -- we had general ideas and she helped bring them to light to match our space perfectly.
