The outside of the store is so full of garbage on the ground. The bushes and bit of grass along sidewalk is just caked with it. Overflowing garbage cans everyday!Disgusting

Racist, rude & condescending! There were two belligerent females that attempted to refuse refunding me on a few return items. However, I stated that both my receipt & order numbers proved I was within the return window. I've witnessed other non-minorities with a ton of returns and were given refunds without any issues. Are they getting paid extra to harass and target certain races?! If this ever happens again, I will make sure to request for the manager and get the names of these two employees in order to report them to corporate. I highly encourage others to do the same. Beware and be on guard when making returns here and do Not let them intimidate you. This is unacceptable behavior and should never be tolerated by anyone.

Customer Service stinks. Every single one of the employees are rude. Kohls in New Milford is so much better. It's much cleaner and well stocked. Happy Shopping!

Two weeks ago on a Saturday I went in there to customer service to make a mattress return. Two days prior I called corporate to verify the return, I was given the okay for me to bring the mattress to Kohl's in Brookfield. When my turn came up I said hello to the old woman, however, she did not say a word. I gave her a receipt and explained I was returning the mattress only from the package ordered. I told her I had called headquarters and they instructed me to bring it to Kohl's in Brookfield. She rudely responded, "this is absurd, you have to bring me everythin5g back in order for me to make this return." I told her, " are you out of your mind, that is why I called corporate, to get accurate instructions. " The woman was so rude and mumbled " she didn't need me to cause her trouble. " I told her " that was her job. " I eventually had the store manager come over and she solved the issue. The clerk at the customer service definitely has discrimination issues against Hispanics. She is not suited to work that counter. Descrimination is not acceptable when you work with the public. She should be working in the warehouse or backrooms were she can't be rude to the customers. If I ever go there again and see her I will not allow her to help me. I rather go home.

Absolute worse customer service and staff. Waited 10 mins in customer service line to return Amazon order only to be told I had to go to another location in store. This is after I asked woman at front register where to go. Complete time waster. Signage would help directing especially at customer service desk. Woman in customer service couldn't be bothered.

I ordered an electric heating blanket from the kiosk in kohl’s on December 31, 2020 in the morning and as of today it is still saying in fulfillment. It’s already been a week. I tried calling customer service and was on hold for about a half hour when I finally hung up. No one answered the phone I was on hold for so long with not one response. I could have bought this same blanket I found out on Amazon for less money and it would already be here. I am very frustrated with Kohl’s.
