Ordered a product on Jan 10th, with nothing visible that it was out of stock. I asked about it and was told they would get in touch with the distribution team. I asked to cancel my order and suddenly got a shipping notice. Finally, after almost a month, my order arrived. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Be aware of this storeHad to return an item because it didn't fit the person it was intended to. Only receive partial refund. They claim that the email they sent had a link to the "refund policies" but there is no link.Then they claimed that they needed to take out 20% for "restocking fee". I am sure they are not paying extra to their workers to repackage the item, so this is a terrible excuse. Then they said that the 20% would go toward store credit, which is also another bad excuse to not refund the full amount, since a store like this is not where you find something you buy for fun, but only when you actually need something to help.The whole thing is a grift. If the item fits the person, it is all good. If it doesn't, then they have the item back, plus 20% of the price, and don't have to spend any extra cent on it - since they are definitely not hiring more workers to deal with the return.

Scam!!!!They never send my belt back to me that I paid for.I have NEVER had this kind of horrible experience!!! Workers there don’t know anything about their job. BEWARE OF THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY. They lie to customers right and left. Even managers at this company don’t know what’s going on!!!!!JUST A WARNING TO EVERYONE!!!!!!!Read their REVIEWS!!!!!

It looks like the service is really poor because all the excuses are just repeating the problems customers had with the store. I was looking for a place to get something I need but I guess I will stay away from this plave.

Ordered a brace for thumb trigger problem. It fit but velco straps too wide and rubs skin. Can't trim straps because it will unravel. Not worth price I paid. Cheap leather. I won't purchase another.

We ordered 2 forks of one kind and 1 stainless steel fork. They said the stainless steel fork was not in stock. The 2 forks with large plastic handles were received in a timely manner and are satisfactory. A short time later I received an e=mail telling me the stainless steel fork had been shipped. However, the tracking for that package was for the 2 forks we had received earlier. We never did receive the stainless steel fork. A e=mail sent to the company was not acknowledged. If it is charged on our credit card, I will be very unhappy. Probably will not order from this company again.

I have been extremely disappointed in their service. First, I paid expedite shipping for my order since my dad had a stroke and needed rehabilitation ASAP since the impact of it was extensive. They mailed half of the order and then mailed the product we needed the most incomplete. When trying to return, they made me wait a long time to give me an address. My sister returned the incomplete piece and almost a month later I am waiting to see if they can locate the package even though I have sent multiple times the delivery slip (I paid certified mail). They are overpriced and have TERRIBLE customer service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
