I was really happy with the grooming that Carly did on my dog, but when it came to re-scheduling appointments she basically kicked us out of there. I asked to make an appointment again and she said “We’re booked for months” and I’m like I don’t mind when, in the future and she still said no. I thought okay whatever we won’t do this dog, but my other dog felt comfortable getting nail trims from her so I texted her to make an appointment and she basically ghosted me and never got back to me about anything. Very disappointed because I was really happy about the service with the dogs but I felt bad with the service with me. Not fair.

An amazing groomer! Definitely the best in the area, I wouldn't take my Cavalier anywhere else. My dog actually loves going there! Kim always does a great job and it never takes too long and the price is unbeatable. I highly recommend!

Kim has been so wonderful with our cute but often incredibly anxious dog, Scooter. Kim is able to do her work well and keep Scooter calm and manageable, which is a great fear; he literally is terrified of going to the vet or having procedures of any kind done to him.Kim has only one dog at a time, and there is plenty of room for Scooter to roam about, and there is a small yard connected to the property. The property location is not the best, but Kim truly does a great job, so there you go. Thank you, Kim!! ?

Bear loves visiting Kim for his grooming and always looks great. He does not seem stressed when we drop him off or pick him up. She does a great job

Absolutely WONDERFUL! So happy that we found Kim. Kim is so gentle and kind with our "kids", especially our little cranky pants who doesn't like to get groomed. Very happy with how great they look, will definitely be returning and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

A HUGE THANK YOU to Kim !! Our dog Roscoe is a hard client anywhere he goes, the groomers included. Kim goes above and beyond to help with his grooming needs!! I am amazed at how well she is able to handle even the most difficult !! Thanks again his haircut is AWESOME !!!!

We needed to find a new groomer for our 11 year old Goldendoodle because our old groomer closed.We can’t say enough great things about Kim! She was very professional and caring and even texted us to let us know our dog was doing well. The dogs are not caged and Kim gives you an appointment time and the dogs are not there for hours.Our Goldendoodle looks beautiful and we are so happy that we found a great groomer!

Kim was terrific with my 2 little white fluffies. She scheduled them so that they were the only clients which I really appreciated. They always came out looking adorable regardless of how they looked going in. Kim is also incredibly reliable. Unfortunately we moved too far away to continue using her. We will all miss her!

Highly recommended pet grooming salon! I really appreciate the care and attention that they have shown my little Duchess! When I picked her up, I was surprised on how well-groomed she was! Just exactly how I imagined her transformation. Everyone in the family were so happy with her cut. She smells so fresh and clean, too! My baby looks more adorable than ever! Thumbs up, Muttkutz!

Carly at Paws and Relax treated Lando like a king. He was gorgeous when I picked him up. He felt very comfortable and they do not cage your animal. They give them the freedom and love they deserve. Will always return!
