We have used Medical Warehouse as our primary first aid supplier for over 9 years. Mark and the team are consummate professionals. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Orders are always promptly delivered with great communication on any backordered items.

buyers Beware. Upon purchase they do not disclose a no return policy, however that's what they're pitching when you walk in to do so. Instead of taking the unopened items with the original receipt, I was told to "try and sell them to someone else". They pitched that "they didn't know where they're coming from" and the dude that sold me the items sat with his face ion his computer, unwilling to give an apology or explanation as to why a no return policy was not disclosed to me upon purchase. The funny thing is the gentleman that was telling me he couldn't take the items back due to the current situation was wearing gloves; the same guy that was condescendingly brushing off the coronavirus scare to me and a friend during the two prior visits we made to make PPE purchases. Nice professional conduct MW....

We have been using Medical Warehouse as our primary vendor for supplies for over the past 5 years. Our EMS system runs about 3,500 + runs a year. Medical warehouse has unsurpassed service, next day shipping, and Mark the owner makes it his business to address all needs your agency has. I can always rely on the orders to be prompt, correct and exactly what we needed. It should also be noted that they go out of their way to make up any wrongs that have been made as well.

This family owned, operated out of a garage in CT company is a joke. Took over 7 days to ship a box of bandages. Their shipping costs were MORE THAN THE PRODUCT! When challenged they state that the order was placed after 5pm on a Friday? Who stops working at 5pm on a Friday....THEY DO. Its a medical supply company so don't worry about waiting! When threatened with a return they sheepishly hide behind a 15% restocking fee! AMAZON HELLO!! This tired family run basement business is a JOKE. STAY AWAY!!!
