Horrible experience. My child needed enteral supplies and I have been waiting 4 months. When I call for an update they just nonchalantly tell me its in the pile. 4 months of weight loss and we are still waiting. I figured it out another way because who can possibly wait 4 months to get their child adequate nutrition?!?!

Should be ZERO stars since I am a would-be new patient and I cannot reach anyone or a voicemail after 8 minutes of the menu options & routing. THEN, the system hangs up with no explanation. My need is not an emergency but if it were they should be ashamed of their service.

Yep read the reviews before having to come to this fine establishment.Similar stories to everyone else. Tried to cancel my second attempt at an appt “cause she had other patients”. Took 6 minutes to break down usage of the machine, fit me for my mask, critical insurance stipulations, and send me on my way!Literally said I was “SOL” if the fit on my mask wasn’t good after 30 days of use and to buy my own.If your doctor sent you here, ask for another company or branch or anything. ?

Customer service here is the worst I've ever experienced. I've been dealing with them for over two months on medical supplies I was promised would take only a week. Everyone from the respiratory therapist to the customer service reps seem to not really know what their role is, they even answer the phone with a simple hello with no indication you've even called Lincare. The cluelessness continues as somehow they cannot lookup an order they personally did not place. Notes and things are used for orders but the customer service reps appear to not have access to the actual orders. How is this customer service when they can't access orders? I've called countless times over the past few weeks, to get updates on my order only to be told the person I need to speak to isn't available (usually after being put on hold for 10+ minutes) and they'll call back tomorrow. They never call back. The wait continues as I was promised a call yesterday and nothing. Think twice about ordering oxygen from this dismal establishment.

I'm so very sorry to hear about Ameillo's passing in late 2018. He was a very kind and compassionate man and really cared about his patients. I pray for all of his family friends and of course co-workers. I know I'm not the only patient who lost him but I feel blessed that I had the chance to get to know him. God Bless all of you. Thank you for being a wonderful company to everyone.

Been waiting 3 months for cpap machine im always told they will get right back to me to no satisfaction. worst company I have ever dealt with.
