I was greeted with a friendly and knowledgeable salesman. He listen to what I was looking for then helped me thru the whole process. It was a very pleasurable process. I will be back when looking for more furniture.

From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed. The staff was available and knowledgeable. I was given time to make decisions and given different options. The staff also helped with colors and design which was a great help to me. I would definitely go back.

Everything was great, Rob was very helpful finalizing the deal. The only complaint is the receipt is very hard to follow and add up. In the end we are very happy with our purchase.

The salesman Robert was very informative about the chair. However when we put in the car Ryan the other salesman was there. When I got home (which only 1.5 miles from the store) and took the chair out something was not right. When I was in the store I did notice that the chair tilted to the right but I was assured it wouldn’t be a problem. It is. The base is off balance and rubs against the side making a horrible noise. I have not sat in it for over a week in fear of ripping the leather. Imagine a $2000 plus chair being used a a decoration. The repair person is supposed to come to my home next Tuesday. I’m very disappointed with the service to the point that I don’t think I will be looking at a new couch which I really wanted. Your company is really impersonal and lacks customer service for a company that has been around for such a long time. Shame on you . I feel like I bought a car and now just like a car dealer as soon as it leaves the lot the attitude is See Ya!!

Jill was outstanding to work with and wasn’t judgmental or pushy. Sales were worth the trip and such a simple process to get what we wanted for a price that worked.

Robert Costa was extremely helpful and cordial in helping us select the right model of the La-Z-Boy recliner. We've had La-Z-Boy recliners in the past and wanted to update an old one.

Kathleen at Brookfield Ct store knows everything you need to know for la-zy-boy products. She is so nice and works with you no matter what you need. Do not hesitate to ask for her you will not regret it.
