“Timothy my salesman was very knowledgeable. Got my mattress the next day. I was well informed about my delivery time. Delivery men parked at the end of the driveway and carried the mattress up to the house. The old mattress was removed and the new one installed everything was very efficient, professional and quick. “Lovely store! However, I had a terrible experience with the lady cutting my fabric. Don’t remember her name, an older woman who was passive aggressive and made for an unpleasant shopping experience. However, our cashier, Vinnie, made up for it! He was extremely kind and welcoming to my family and I. He made the atmosphere fun and enjoyable! An amazing employee who deserves a raise for completely changing our shopping experience. It is both refreshing and relieving to know workers like Vinnie still exist. It doesn’t take much to be kind and Vinnie went the extra mile to completely transform our shopping experience when a fellow employee originally ruined it for us. You are lucky to have Vinnie!
