Why didn't I follow the advice of the reviews warning of issues. They took my money, never communicated with me, I had to reach out each time, and after almost a month I still haven't received my $1000+ back into my account. Just hope I get the funds soon so I can get an Oxygen Concentrator from someplace else. Fool me once, shame on me.

Placed an order for a product recommended by my physical therapist and 28 days later it still hadn’t been shipped. I asked if the item was out of stock and the response was, “We apologize for the delay and inconvenience. There will be a delay of 10-15 days for your order.” If you actually need a product to help in your healing process, I highly recommend you order from somewhere else.

8/20/024 I have been trying for 6 weeks to return two bras. The only response I get is an email that said their customer care team is working on it. I've sent 6 emails. Same response when talking to a live person. They have the worst customer service if you need to return or have a problem. One order was received soiled in the bag. Never a response to this either. I do not recommend Damozelle for this reason. HPFY is the parent company.
Update: 8/22/2024 I was pleased to receive a response from HPFY only two days after posting this comment. They did reach out to me and provide me with a paid return postage label, which I returned the items promptly. Now 9/10/2024, I am still waiting for my replaced purchases. When I have received them I will update the post again. I'm not sure why it takes so long to get action taken.
Update: 9/11/2024 I have received the items I requested to be replaced.

Contacted online chat room to confirm size of my current knee brace with a worn out label. I provided the measurements and they were able to let me know the size. Great service! I will now be ordering an XL for my other knee.

Over charged by$18 on each item also can't get anyone in the USA everyone in India so the time difference is a major problem Before they out sourced the work was a great company now a joke

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Never order from this company if you need life-saving medical supplies on a deadline. My order has still not been fulfilled even after their original shipping deadline. The call center is in India so you can't talk to the actual company. All answers from the call center in India are vague. A waste of money, and extremely stressful.

I ordered a Breast form, I wanted to send it back as it was extremely heavy and too big. This was the 4th breast form I’ve ordered. The other 3 were from a different company and very nicely made. This one wasn’t. I sent it back per their instructions but I had thrown out the fancy little box it came in. I wrapped it very carefully in lots of tissue paper. A month later they emailed and said it was damaged. No way…. After lots of debate, they offered me 20% of the cost. I accepted, then they emailed and said there is a restocking fee. UNBELIEVABLE. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

I tried to return a purchased item and they did not refund me even after receiving the return, I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. They also won't cancel my auto-ship despite multiple attempts. Avoid at all costs.
Edit: they neither refunded me nor cancelled my auto-ship, I had to get a new credit card number to avoid being charged again.
