I don’t think their service could be any worse or their care.
I bring my car in for service and wait 2 hours for a 1 hour appointment. This was for a standard oil service and to make a copy of my key since they only had 1 key for my new car I bought about 10 months ago.
After 2 hours they hand me “my keys” and say my car is all set. I walk out to the parking lot and my car is not out there. They gave me the keys someone else’s car and made a copy of my key for the wrong car. They then rush and make a copy of my correct car key but they did the oil service on the other persons car by mistake so I would have to come back.
I come back 2 days later. My appointment was at 9:30 and I show up and I’m told my appointment is 10:30. They do fit me in but the service takes another full hour and no extra care is provided or any apology besides saying “sorry about that”. On top of that their tech left his oily finger prints all over my door handle.
The extra kicker is while I’m waiting on my second appointment another person comes in and they had to come back because their tire had just fallen off after service. They did seem to care about that one but that is still unacceptable.
I have no confidence in putting my family in the car after getting serviced at this location.
I get a follow up text asking how my service was and I tell them. Then I get an internal review to their system telling them and no one cares to follow up.

I took my 2022 toyota tacoma for service and I told them that the front brakes were making Noise they never cared they gave the 2 year or 25000 mile warranty whichever comes first the 2 years came first and they never cared about checking the brakes. In 2023 I bought another tacoma no I have problems with this other Tacoma but now I'm afraid that what happened to the 2022 Tacoma will happen to it. On Friday, August 16, my wife was heading towards Danbury CT on 684 North driving at 60 miles per hour, the steering wheel, that is, the The steering wheel became HARD at the exact moment of inspecting another vehicle, it almost caused an accident. The vehicle that my wife inspected hit the back bumper of my Tacoma. We went to Greentree Toyota service to ask them to inspect the vehicle and the first thing they told us is We had to pay and they were also busy. We told them that it was an emergency. They only said that we would have to wait about 2 hours for them to inspect the vehicle. They realized that I might have to pay for the repairs since the vehicle has 23,500 miles. What would have happened if there was a accident due to a vehicle with mechanical failures and with less than 25,000 miles at this point I already doubt the quality and safety of TOYOTA vehicles. PLEASE IF ANYONE IS HAVING MECHANICAL PROBLEMS WITH THIS BRAND OF TOYOTA VEHICLES LET ME KNOW.

The Parts/Service center is not conveniently located and parking is atrocious, but their service and employees make up for it. They need a better designed facility.

Management needs to understand the value and definition of an appointment. Vehicles taken back to the shop an hour after an appointment start time is inexcusable.

I go over there to change my brakes and the wiper blades . They bring the car outside and they said it’s done. After a few days was raining and I realize they didn’t change my wiper blades, So I went back to ask them what happened? They charged me for the blades.. The answer was they looks good. I’m not gonna change your blades again. I change only the back one if you want this happen after like three days I mention I drive for 30 years and I know how a new wiper blade should be ! They are not serious people are stealing your money!

My first time here after the purchase of Corolla. Very nice person who I dealt with. Explained what was needed for my service. The estimated time for service was spot on. Very large and comfortable waiting area.

Paid over $1000.00 do diagnostic my Prius, the car was returned to me in pieces. They will take it apart to diagnose the issue but refuse to put it back if you don't do the job with Greentree Toyota.

Everyone from the moment you pull in to when you leave is really nice and helpful. My van has over 200,000 miles, and they give me honest assessments of the work that needs to be done. I never feel pressured to do further work that day. Let me schedule when it's most convenient for me, and they always offer a loaner vehicle. They now have a large waiting space with plenty of tables and chairs.
