To be fair, John was a nice guy, easy to communicate with.
This however does not speak to the quality of service.
I attempted to guide this business in providing the best service possible by initially opting in for the highest cleaning package, after going inside the office I noticed another higher rank of internal cleaning service, so then I opted in for that as well to make sure the car is thoroughly clean inside and out.
When they were done cleaning the car, I gave a quick glance inside: the vacuuming and dashboard, molding, seats were in a very bad shape (as if the was no attempt to clean it at all).
I did point these out with a focus at minimum to take care of the seats which I specified multiple times that if extra payment is required just let me know but I need the car clean (not once was I asking for free service).
John then took it upon himself focusing on the seats for which I paid additional $20 and another $15 in tips (thus far $55+$20+$15=$90).
It was enough of trying to get them to do the job right so I decided to take the loss and walk away, respectfully and without complaining.
I stopped at the nearest gas station because not all the mats were put back in place.
When I put the mats on, I noticed missing one of the mats. So I went back to only get a response that they cannot find it (that is within 10 minutes of leaving the place).
Really had good expectations of this place from the reviews here in google and from initially meeting John, but came out with a $90 expense to only have a car needing vacuuming, cleaning and a loss of one matt.
Had I not tried extra hard in being a good customer and trying to give business and guiding them to provide what I was paying to get as a service, I would have given 2-3 stars, but having them fail to do so even after all I tried and loose one of the mats, it is not acceptable and has made me very disappointed to a point of needing to write this review.

The management and workers are good people. The owner keeps raising prices, so I may be looking at other options soon.

Decent car wash. John, the Manager, is always very welcoming and he holds his employees to high standards. Yes, sometimes things aren't always perfectly clean however if you mention it to John, he will take care of it without issue.

They didnt even clean the rims! I came early and no one was there, 10 Mexicans working and they can't even clean my rims, they were also supposed to vacuum the carpet and that never happened, how are you still in business cleaning cars if you cant even clean the brake dust off of wheels?

Just brought my small SUV in for a full detail. I was actually shocked at how well it turned out. Lack of taking care of it for so long, I didn't think I would notice a change. It literally looks like a brand new car - highly impressed with the detailing.Service: Auto detailing

I asked them to clean my rubber rugs they only did 3 of 4 then they didn't vacuum the back of my van and my sideview mirrors were still caked with bugs as was my front end. Not entirely pleased.Service: Vacuuming

Not pictured was straight up dirt on my windshield that i picked off myself. This place rushes to just bang out customers and it shows. My husband and I just moved to Brookfield and we will be finding another place. What a waste of money.

John and his crew did a great job. Took a 7 years old truck and made it look new again. Did a wonderful job on the interior and took out a bunch of scratches on the exterior. Also put the perfect amount of tire shine on the outside. Highly recommend!

They don't just wash your car they polish it. Everything gets completely wiped down. The windows are crystal clear when you leave. Best car wash ever.

Found mud on my car after the wash (my car was not muddy) must have been on the rag they used to dry it as my mercedes now has swirl marks in the paint... went in for a simple clean and now I need to go pay to have my car buffed.
