Probably one of the dirtiest Goodwill store I've been in I mean the place is just filthy went in there to look at the books you can't even look at the books cause the shelf is disorganized just thrown on the shelves.... they need to look at how the Goodwill store in New Milford has there's that store is clean books are neatly on the shelves i would recommend the New Milford store then Brookfield..... Brookfield needs to just close its doors..... floor is disgusting employees don't seem to care....just close the doors already

The shoes were organized by color instead of size...ludicrous! I couldn't find the men's coats; when I asked an employee, I was told they were in the "Women's Boutique." There were a lot of clothes in a lot of sizes. The prices seemed fair. There was a set of cabinets in the front of the store which appeared to contain high end items. There were instructions not to touch the items without help from the sta The largest complaint I have is that there was a very strong deodorizer smell throughout the store. Everything I purchased was permeated by the smell; the same was true of my clothing and hair. It was awful.

I bought an electric kettle that does not work at all I tried to return it 4 days later JANICE store manager refused to either exchange or refund the moneyGoodwill besides selling at high price everything they get for Free they pocketing the money ! the government should intervene and penalized them .DO NOT DONATE TO GOOD WILL ANYTHINGgive to THE SALVATION ARMY INSTEAD!

I was in fitting room and noticed a camera positioned in a way that they can look into the fitting room. So while someone is undressing someone is watching.I should have taken a picture to add to this post. I hope after reading this they change the location of the cameras.

Lots of good stuff, but nothing really appealed to me.At the moment, they seem to have an inordinate amount of pig decor and I've also never seen a Goodwill with as many pet crates as they have.

I will NEVER go to this Goodwill location again!I've been both a customer and donate to this organization for years. My rule of thumb before I make a donation is - would I be willing to buy it. If not, I wouldn't expect someone else to.I tried to donate two wooden bar chairs with swiveling seats. I asked if furniture is accepted. I was told it is. After I took them out of my car a supervisor runs past and looks at them quickly. She said they're not acceptable. I wanted to know why but she'd run off. I asked someone else in the donation section why. She said because one has a scratch. (Yes, wooden chairs can get scratched on the seat from being used.)Apparently, the customers at that location must feel very entitled. If you want to buy new furniture, I suggest you go to Lazy Boy just up the road.I was totally disrespected at that store!

This place used to be a amazing but they started using a STRONG smelling cleaner or air freshener and I can’t even walk in anymore without it messing up my asthma hope they get rid of it soon. I even brought an item home , washed it and it stills smells like the fragrance. Sadly I will not be returning unless they get rid of this system, which is sad because I’ve gone there for 10+ years
