Once again I am utterly disgusted with this locations pharmacy staff. You wait HOURS for them to fill scripts, then they close the drive-thru 5 minutes before their actual lunch time. To top it off, after sprinting in and making it to the counter for 1:29, while they are still ringing out a customer, with a 2nd register open, multiple staff yell "were closed" and the woman at the open register comes around and closes the gate. This is not the first time I've been denied service during open hours and will now go another day without medications I need because they wanted to go to lunch early and couldn't be bothered to spend 30 seconds ringing out a customer. Can't wait until we get other options in the area.

The system they have is very inefficient, they notify that the medication is in process and then the information disappears and they say that the prescription was never sent, they never answer the phone.

This is my first time picking up medicine from this store at the window and the people are not really nice I normally go to wallgreans in Danbury but I did want to give it a try because this farmacy is near to home but i am not coming back here because this people is just idiots making money and treating the rest like stupids so going far is better option wallgrens a list you understand if they are not nice is because they are bussy this ones at CVS they don’t have a lot going on and still don’t treat people right

The pharmacy here is complete trash. Don’t expect to get a prescription in any time less than 3 hours from when it was called. Sometimes you’ll show up a day later and it STILL won’t be ready. Zero communication with customers. Zero sense of urgency. Zero coordination. And they wonder why they’re short staffed all the time

The pharmacy lady at the register was terrible. My doctors office sent prescriptions to CVS and I went in to to give them my new insurance card. In addition to announcing my personal business to everyone in line, she refused to fill the prescriptions. I told her I didn't understand and asked if I should just go to another pharmacy. She said the state wouldn't allow them to be filled, but I could "knock myself out". My doctors office called in the same prescriptions to RiteAid, they filled them promptly with no problem.

Do not get your vaccines here. I made an online appointment and upon arrival they didn’t have it in stock. So they ordered it and set me up with a new appointment at the counter for a few days later. I show up for the second appointment and they don’t have my appointment on the schedule, but they have the vaccine in stock. They refused to take me and said I needed to make ANOTHER appointment and come back a THIRD time because they “don’t take walk ins”. I drove over to Walgreens down the road and they helped me out right away. Imagine being in the wrong and making someone come in a third time for a 30second vaccine shot. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE. Customer service>policy. I will never go to CVS pharmacy for anything again they are incompetent.

Pharmacy only - If I could speak to someone in their management to tell them how pathetic are the work ethics of this pharmacy I would.I was on the phone for 45 mins with expressscripts to get my inhaler approved and when I went back to the lady in the pick up section said “oh I see your proscription got approved but we close in 2 mins, sorry come tomorrow and get your inhaler in the meantime you can pick up medicines from the OTC area.” While she was seeing me stand right next to the pharmacy for the last hone hour to get my prescription approved. This is the ethics of the people working there.Not sure if they understand the importance between critical medicines

absolute worst pharmacy I’ve EVER USED!!!They were so rude and disrespectful. I will never go here again! The manager should be talking with the staff there is no need to be spoken to like that

I have been a customer for about 30yrs. Recently this store and pharmacy have been undergoing change.CVS parent company has been in the process of closing locations and cutting staff. I was more than pleased with this location. Over the last few months service has been a problem. I do not think that the problem is with staff the problem is CVS headquarters. I will choose to continue to stay with Brookfield location until It becomes apparent that the problem is with staff.

If I could give 0 stars I would.. pharmacy is atrocious. Go anywhere else but cvs. Got patched in a 3 way call between my provider and cvs and the pharmacist was disgustingly rude. If you hate your job just say that. Very miserable people time for someone to clean house.

Not sure what is going on at this CVS that I have been a customer of for years. Shelves tend to be sparce. Biggest issue is the pharmacy. I scheduled a flu shot and showed up at my scheduled time. The line was almost out the door so I cancelled it and went to Target CVS a few days later with no wait. Took over 48 hours to fill a prescription. Too bad, in the past I could always count on this store.

I don’t know what’s going on with the pharmacy but they never answer the phone put you on hold forever just to hang up on you!!! The other day I tried calling them 6 times to make sure my prescription went through only for me to show up and there was a problem but because they didn’t answer I had to wait another day. It finally texted it was ready I show up and they tell me it’s not. The again today. I’ve been on hold for a half hour twice just for them to hang up on me!!
