Dr. Eisen and staff are terrific. We felt that Dr. Eisen covered all aspects of what our cat’s problem could have been. The office is clean and convenient. As a result, Cookie is feeling much better now thank you.

Our first visit to Complete Cat. Very pleased with the thorough check-up, grooming and care our cat received. This is where our kitty will continue to receive all her veterinary care.

Stay away if your cat has health problems as they may not be qualified to handle difficult situations and were in over their heads. Felt more like a breeder who is able to do basic shots and give care instructions / general wellness visits. Charged me over 500$ for tests that they couldn’t produce results from. I was lectured multiple times about my cat's grooming and lack of recent vaccinations instead of treating the sick cat. Go down the street to the Brookfield Animal Hospital instead.

5 stars very well earned!! Everyone at the clinic is incredibly compassionate, knowledgeable and helpful. After a bad experience at my last vet, they gave me a second opinion about my senior cat's diagnosis and had answers to all my questions. They did the diagnosis and blood test without any unnecessary procedures and it ended up costing almost a thousand dollars less than at my other vet. They even trimmed my cat's nails for free and helped with my cat's car anxiety. They work quickly without rushing. The clinic itself is super cozy and relaxing. Literally cannot recommend them enough, especially for thyroid kitties.

I switched from Plumtrees Hospital on Newtown Rd in Danbury, CT (horrible place) to here. At Plumtrees, they told me that “all cats have bad breath” when I was concerned about both of my cats having bad breath. As soon as I brought my cats to complete cat clinic, they were able to identify the problem right away (gingivitis) and gave me helpful solutions to help my cats. Thank you Complete Cat Clinic for all you’ve done for my Coco and Brady!

i switched from Cat Clinic (terrible place) to Complete Cat in 2021 and they are Soo Attentive to their clients and gave me back a sense of trust which I lost with the other place. I feel comfortable to bring our Cats here and will continue to do so. The Staff and Doctors are Great and Caring people.

Dr. Eisen was very nasty and unprofessional. I was grossly overcharged. The issue wit my cat wasn’t resolved. Even my cat didn’t like her. I wouldn’t recommend her even if your cat should get ill in her parking lot.

Please consider not breeding animals for profit. The shelters are full. Google chihuahuas specifically and you'll find innumerable homeless purebreds. I didn't want to come across as mean but also should not have to tell a veterinarian this.

We've been taking our cats to Dr. Eisen for over 22 years and trust her more than any other vet. We've had 3 British short hairs through her and love and have loved them all so much. Whenever we had a sick kitty she was always able to help them get back to great health. Dr. Eisen is an expert in her field and I will always recommend her to any cat owner in the area!
