Have been super kind to my elderly father who also banks there and has for years. Once when an ATM ate my check they resolved it that day-without hassles a bunch of paperwork or panicked calls. One star off for fees I find excessive but all banks have those I guess! Have had great experiences in Brookfield and New Fairfield as well as Danbury branches”
