I'm very angry with the service I have my account with them over 20 years and they didn't help me transfer my job card to my current account I'm in complete disagreement.

Walked in with my 3 year old daughter and was able to sit with Karen to open up a CD account. Thank you!

I love Karen, the manager of the bank, at this location. I won't deal with anyone else, at any other Bank of America location. Keeping people happy at a bank can be very difficult. She's been nothing but good to me and my business accounts...

The customer service service and convenience provided to it's small business and regular customers need to be improved greatly. I went across the street to Newtown Savings Bank and was not only treated better but they made my business transactions quick and simple.

Bank of America is fraudulent, closed our local branch that we've been using for years and now collecting tons of Competitor's ATM fees from customers with no other option. Classic bait and switch! I've been a customer for over 15 years and I'M DONE! Be warned! If there is a Bank of America within 100 miles (!) of you, they will not refund ATM fees. Because 100 miles is a reasonable drive to go to the nearest ATM to avoid a fee? I've spent over $60 in fees in just the last few months since they closed their Bethel branch. I'm sure it's saving them lots of money though, so that's good for them.

STAY AWAY... this place is HORRIBLE!. My company has a commercial account with them, otherwise I would've left a long time ago. THEY ARE SOOO SLOW! Inconveniently slow. Not only do they have six steps to each transaction compared to one or two with any other bank, but they NEVER have more than one teller open. I've been there with over ten people in line, and NOBODY got up to open another window. NOBODY HELPED! And, they try to sell other services to each person, no matter how busy they are. Imagine being in line for 20 minutes with three people still in front of you, and the teller offers a service that the customer says yes to... IMAGINE THAT! Because it happened to me. She didn't say please wait over there. She didn't call anyone to help. SHE TOOK 15 MINUTES WITH THE CUSTOMER RIGHT IN FRONT OF ALL OF US WAITING! Inconvenient. Inconsiderate. And very unprofessional. Unfortunately I HAD to wait, although everyone but myself and another customer stayed. CUSTOMERS WALKED OUT! That's not good business. Does this sound like a bank you'd like to deal with? And this is only one example of too many. My company (with over 31 locations) is now looking for another bank. I can't wait.
