“We were happy to be able to return to Buzaid for another great purchase. This time we were getting a Weber Grill for Fathers Day. The selection they have on display is more than adequate but if you done see what you like they have a huge board inside of all the grills that you can pick from. We ordered our grill and had the option of having it built and delivered. As always we were extremely happy with our purchase and delivery. The sales dept was very knowledgeable and delivery personnel were wonderful with the set up.”

“Walked into buzaid on Tuesday at 5:50pm (10 mins before closing) found the exact fridge we wanted and it was in my home by 2:00pm the next day. Cant get any better than that. Quick and painless. Thank you Rich!”

“This is an amazing local vacuum shop. Before I visited, I was very upfront and asked what would be reasons to shop there instead of buying online which I thought was a norm. They were quite reasonable and also the price was competitive too. I purchased a vacuum and just in two weeks, I got a problem with the vacuum, which might be a QC issue from the manufacturer. I went back to Ben's vacuum mart. After a few minutes checking it, they found it was a bit more than a quick fix and got me a replacement part working perfectly for free. The manufacturer warranty should cover it so you might be able to get the same service online, but this way, I didn't have to go through all the hassle of packing, sending, talking over the phone, and waiting for the part to come back. It was way easy to make one trip to Ben's vacuum mart and be done in minutes than to USPS, and multiple phone calls and waiting. All in all, it was an awesome experience.”

“Jeff and the Powerhouse team are wonderful! After a long and mostly fruitless search to find a refrigerator to fit some pretty unusual dimensions, Jeff offered to do some searching for me, unearthed the perfect fit, tracked it down and had it delivered. Not only that, he followed up to give status updates throughout the search process and kept me posted every step of the way. His expertise, kindness, and exceptional customer service are a rare find. If I had more stars to give, I would give them!”

“Update:: Changed 1 star to 4 because I spoke with store management and they were deeply apologitic. I felt like they were on top of the issue which made me feel much better about my future with Home Depot New Milford. I really love walking through those isles. When an employee feels free and comfortable to say "I don't like you, sir" you know there's something wrong with the way the company hires. I shop at home depot 1 - 3 times a week. I've had mostly good experiences and one or two bad experiences with employees. As we know it only take one bad experience to taint an otherwise good relationship. Today, I had a technical question about a dado blade for my table saw and was looking for a hardware specialist. I asked the older man with the thick accent that mostly works the key kiosk if there was a hardware specialist around. He asked if he could help me. I had a feeling my question was beyond his knowledge base but gave it a try any way. "I have a question about saws." "What kind of saws?" Home Depot employee asked. "Table saws" I said. The employee just stared at me. "Table saws" I said again, and the blank stare continued. I said once more and it appeared to click. "Ok sir what's your question." The employee asked. "This is an 8 inch Dado blade and I have 10 inch saw, is this the ideal blade for my saw?" "Yes it's what we have in stock." The employee answered. That's not what I asked, so I rephrased. "Is this this best size for my saw, or do they make a 10 inch blade?" "It's what we have in stock so yes.." The employee answered. "Annoyed that the employee was clearly misunderstanding, I said Ok thank you and walked away, at which point the employee in a stage wisper said, "I don't like you, sir..." At which point I turn around and said "Excuse me?!" "I just don't want to give you the wrong information sir" He said, pretending like he didn't just express a very personal private negative feeling about a customer loyal to the store... I'm loyal to Home Depot but experiences like today make me think twice about my loyalty. I'm very disappointed in this example, of type of person Home Depot chose to hire. As an employee I have been tested to the limit and would NEVER think of uttering such sentiment to a good, consistent and nice customer.”

“I just LOVE this store! Whatever you do, find DEBBIE M.- a very helpful sales associate. I went to buy several ceiling fans and flush mounted lights and got lost in the lighting dept. Fortunately, I found Debbie M.!! She got an extra cart, found all the items I was looking for, and pushed the cart to the checkout area- and checked me out!! She was the most kind and knowledgable, and really cared that I found what I was looking for! They have a fan for life!”

“The business model/attitude has gotten much worse. I can't stand when I am in the store during the day and you constantly get kicked out of an isle so they can move pallets up or bring down. This stocking activity was always done at night. Now you have to wait while they do it during the day. Today I tried to get to the pvc trim and this is what I found. Talk about a hazard!”
