We have been buying both a quarter cow and a half pig from Sunset Valley Farms, for 3 years now. After our first purchase, there was no going back to eating meat from the grocery store. A week ago I picked up a bulk order of beef from Sunset Valley farms. In the past week I made tacos and meatloaf with ground beef, and tonight I finally tried some steaks.
