This company provided a report on a septic tank for a seller. The measurement between distance of septic and well was vastly incorrect. The measurement of capacity of septic tank was vastly incorrect. And the company does not pump the tank before inspection….. meaning they cannot properly inspect the tank. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

This company provided a report for a seller that there was a 1000 gallon tank that was >75’ away from a well when it really was significantly noncompliant being a 400 gallon tank 50’ away from the well. Their report also stated the tank was not pumped when any reputable company makes it clear that a septic must be pumped to perform a proper inspection.
