I went here 12/2/14 for 2 things, 1 to deposit money into someone's account, and 2 inquire about opening a new account and mortgage rates. Based off my experience with the tellers, absolutely not. there were 2 tellers, one person ahead of me. there was a wait of 10 minutes :) one teller was pretending she was busy, she looked much nicer than the one us customers received, the woman was rude, did not smile and had a "what do you want" attitude as soon as you walk in the door. I have never had a problem depositing money into my friends account until today. took 12-15 minutes to not be productive at all in finding the account although the name is on a previous deposit slip. she started to get upset with me, I called my friend, and she argued with the guy. after wasting all my time with this women, I left traumatized due to the experience and I will not be returning here. I will take my deposit and my personal business elsewhere. future reference for the general manager, please hire joyous people, who appreciate their jobs as there are many people in this world who would appreciate you and the careers you offer.
