For the past 2 months Walmart pharmacy has given me a 1 month supply of my prescription which has been a 3 month prescription for about 4 years. Both times I've called to correct this and have been told, on both occasions, there is nothing they can do to correct this for the next 30 days, talk to my insurer. My insurer assured me that Walmart was doing this on their own and they would override Walmart's quantity and that I should call the pharmacy to get the corrected amount. Called Walmart to be told that it wasn't changed, that it's the insurer's fault and if I want a 90 day refill I need to speak directly with the pharmacist to request it after my 30 days is up. The Walmart pharmacy was not only unhelpful, they were rude as well. This is something new because there has never been any issues at all dealing with this pharmacy over the years we have been using them. I am frustrated and disappointed.

I am surprised this pharmacy hasn’t killed somebody yet. Went six days ago to pick up a prescription only to discover they had given the wrong dosage and filled a prescription that was over a year old. We are taking a crazy chance getting anything filled at Bristol Walmart pharmacy. Rude employees and incompetent technicians. Run away fast while you still can.

Very bad experience we have booked COVID vaccine for my 10 year old 10 days before and call1 day before to confirm and they told us to we are not doing today and come other day but we confirmed our appointment on phone before coming this is serious matter how they can take lightly we wasted 10 days for vaccination

Absolutely terrible pharmacy. They have taken a week to get me medication before. They’ve not called my doctor’s offices for refills. My dashboard will say my medication is ready for pickup and when I go to get it, they have no idea what I’m talking about and it will be gone from my dashboard. They didn’t fill one of my prescriptions at all because it was very expensive and my insurance didn’t cover it. Which is fine…..except they didn’t tell me that. They just never added it to my dashboard at all and when my doctor called to ask if I had picked it up before my appointment, I had no idea what they were talking about. The prescription was sent successfully on the doctors end. Walmart pharmacy saw this, checked prices and then deleted the prescription from my account all together and never told me about the order or why it was never filled. I’ve never dealt with such an unhelpful and terrible pharmacy staff and all around awful customer service. I would recommend that you do NOT go anywhere near this place.
