Poor customer service, poor system for prescriptions- doctors office sent prescription to them but their system does not show it thereby causing non-issuance of prescription when you badly need it. Walgreens pharmacy hours are just inconvenient! Open late then close for breaks then closed at 6 or 7 pm. CVS is way better- we are switching to CVS! No wonder Walgreens have more store closings.

Pulled up to the drive through window and it was closed. Had to park and go in to make it AT 7:01. They would not let me pick up my medication that I needed, but assisted the woman at the window who was right in front of me. Ridiculous. I was a minute too late, then they explained how she was there before 7. If you can assist her, you can assist me for 30 seconds. If you close at 7, then all lights should be off at 7 and nobody should be assisted at all. Unfair.

I called for a prescription on June 8, and it was ready on June 16th. I also had 2 others prescriptions that my Dr called on June 14th, I got one on the 16th, but they said the other one won’t be ready till next week. I’m definitely changing pharmacy. Their hours are from 10-6 pm , they are closed for lunch and weekends. Absolutely ridiculous. ….Update. Now it’s June 23rd, and I’m still waiting for a prescription that was called on June 14th. They might has well shut down that pharmacy. They are useless.

I use to love this pharmacy, they always had my prescriptions ready right when i got there. Literally the same day my prescription was sent over, they would be ready. Now i get no calls, no texts letting me know when my prescription is ready. My doctor will send a prescription over to my pharmacy, and I’ll call and the automated system, it will say my prescription is in processing. I’ll call the next day it will say the same thing. I come into the pharmacy because i obviously can’t wait DAYS for my prescription to get filled. Every time i have came in recently my prescriptions are still not ready even though they were sent over days ago. The pharmacy tech tells me it will be a few minutes for them to get it together, and i end up waiting close to 30 min every time. I get being under staffed and not having enough people to get all the prescriptions done. But people can’t go days without getting the medication they need to live. It’s ridiculous. Either hire more help or shut down the pharmacy.

The pharmacy department is the slowest ever!!! I’ve been waiting 2 days for my son’s prescription to be filled. I’ve come back to the pharmacy twice just for the rep to tell me that insurance is not covering the med. the inconvenience is that they do not call me to let me know that insurance is not covering and that they are reaching out to the provider for an alternative. It would be great if I was called before showing up to the pharmacy and wasting my time.

Great service, Photo quality very good considering the images came from a phone. Definitely will continue to use the online service! Just a different location. The Walgreens employee is very knowledgeable but I felt like I was bothering them.

Came to this Walgreens after CVS botched some photos I had printed. Patricia helped me get the right photos and they came out great. She cheered me up and helped me out a ton!

Pharmacy is a disaster. Have to go in multiple times to get prescriptions filled. You can go in three days after doctor called in the prescription and it’s still not ready

Impossible to reach anyone by phone. Utterly unacceptable for any customer service based company, but especially for one in the health care industry.

Like others have pointed out, the pharmacy is literally IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of, and like others have pointed out, you call and get “three callers ahead of you” then “two” then “one” then when you’re next in like you still end up waiting 40 minutes to get no answer or hung up on! Absolutely ridiculous! I called with one general question and can’t even get at answer after 40min!Go elsewhere guys!

I have had no problems with the store itself. When it comes to the Pharmacy I have had nothing but problems. The line Pharmacy line is always a million miles long because they do not have enough techs working. There is always some kind of problem picking up my medications which then causes you to wait on top of the time you just spent waiting in line. I have been given the wrong medications multiple times. Thank goodness I pay attention to what I am picking up. Just recently I almost died and needed to pick up medications on the way home from getting out of the hospital. The doctor called in my medications hours before I left the hospital. I get to the Pharmacy and none of them are ready yet. I am told it will be a short wait. Mind you I had just left the hospital after almost dying and I am still very ill. I ended up waiting three hours for my three medications. I was so I'll I could barely stand. I know how long it takes to fill a prescription for I did it for years when I worked at CVS Pharmacy. I at first loved Walgreens but it has gone down hill fast over the last few years. I have nothing but problems there. Just trying to get a medication filled is impossible. I am switching pharmacy's right away. I can not take the problems at Walgreens any longer.

Maybe I'll change this later, but I'll never use there pharmacy for anything. Sat in the phone for ober 25 minutes because i had 3 people ahead of me. Got down to 1 and then they hung up. Called back "there are 3 people ahead of you". I understand being busy, but hire more people. Post more answers on you website. Something.
