“I recently traveled 4 hours by train from Southern New Jersey to Blasius' Bristol, CT location to check out a 2015 Lincoln MkT that caught my eye while looking for a new used car on the internet.The car appeared to be very clean and well kept and was attractively priced. After performing my due diligence on the car I contacted the dealership to check on its availability. I got Muhamed N. as my sales person and was informed the car was indeed still available.I set some very rigid requirements to go see the car as I did not intend to waste my time to travel 4 hours to see a pig in a poke. Muhamed assured me the car was absolutely as described and had passed their 150 point safety inspection with flying colors. I told him I was only making 1 trip to Connecticut and was either going to leave with the car if I was satisfied with it or I would leave and never come back. And I had no intention of spending all day there to get this done.Muhamed bent over backwards to make sure my experience was an excellent one and that I was fully satisfied with my personal inspection and test drive of the vehicle. I agreed to purchase the car and Blasius' Business Mgr., Andy K., made sure I left with the car with a deal and financing I was satisfied with. My total time at the dealership lasted all of 4 hours when I drove new car home.I set some very explicit and demanding requirements to make that trip, and Muhamed, Andy and the staff at the dealership did a great job in making my trip well worth it. One of the best car buying experiences I've had in my 45 years of purchasing cars.Thank you again Muhamed and to Andy for making it work. I appreciate you and your efforts.”

“Tom Bernier service is a true professional. I brought my Cadillac in to check a noise i was hearing in the rear end, and to perform a service recall. My vehicle was test driven, and I was informed that no issues could be found. Because I could not pick up my vehicle until the next day, Tom offered to test drive the vehicle again to see if he could hear what I thought I heard. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, Tom advised me that another thorough check had been done, and again, there were no issues. When i asked for the cost of all the diagnostic work, Tom said "No charge". Needless to say, I was surprised and pleased.This was my first service experience with Stephen Cadillac because the dealer from whom I bought the vehicle went out of business. Because of Tom, I would not hesitate to go there again the next time I need repair or maintenance services.”
