Met some nice people there and they have an area to wait. A personal thank you to Tony for being so kind and professional as well as David. I would highly recommend this place.”
“Recently moved to Bristol, CT from Long Island, NY, and really needed tires. My tires were in horrible shape and since BJ’s sells and does tires, I decided to go there. BJ’s was able to move up my appointment and took my car in. After being there for 20 mins or so, the associate at BJ’s told me that my lug nuts were in just too terrible of a condition to continue the job. In a panic, being new to the area and STATE, I did some research and saw that J&M tire was right down the block. I walked in and told them my plight and the associate assured me that it could be done. After an hour, I was out the door with 4 brand spankin’ new tires and new lug nuts! What cost me at BJ’s for just tires, $721, was merely over $500 at J&M. So if you need tires and are in a pinch or just don’t want to break the bank I highly recommend going to P&W! The service there was friendly, quick and efficient, you won’t be disappointed.”

“So I found a car I was interested in online and decided to take a ride to check it out. Well I fell in love with it and with the amazing assistance of the salesman that took me for a test ride, he got me into the car I now loved. He took his time, explaining everything, and made the whole experience easy. Fast forward 2 weeks, I called him about the Zurich Shield that I was to get. He made the appointment for me, which was literally the next morning, he called me when it was done and actually brought my car back to me at home! “I originally came in for a versa, but my salesman Javier informed me they were in short supply and guided me to a Sentra. I wanted one with the least amount of upgrades possible, and he let me know you would be getting it in a few days. Throughout that process he did mention a couple other offers that they had such as a good interest rate on the Kick. It wasn't for me, but he never pushed anything, he simply offered it. There can be a fine line there and he did a great job. He felt more like a car buying guide to me then a salesman which was great. There were numerous delays on the car that I wanted and Javier kept me informed as to the status. He also let me know there were similar cars on the lot I could pick up if I chose, although I didn't end up doing that. When I was finalizing the paperwork with Harvey, it was a similar experience. He didn't push any of the warranties on me, but offered them and explained why he thought they might be beneficial. It was a great experience throughout. Thank you Javier and Harvey!”

I’ve been to other places who have not fixed my car and overcharge. Firestone is great. They help you out when they can give you coupons when they can.
