Highly independent! Canceled an appointment due to a family emergency (well in advance) but couldn't reschedule another appointment because our status was unknown and told Heather I would be back in touch. Called back only to get a recording that they were away on vacation but I left a message looking to reschedule. Never got a call back or an acknowledgement of my call. We were referred by a family friend and hoped to establish a long term relationship for a reliable groomer. Appears they are so busy they can pick and choose returning calls and taking on jobs as they see fit. It takes forever to get a Saturday appointment and I realize that's the day everyone wants. What I don't see is not returning a call because I had to cancel one appointment and couldn't immediately commit to another appointment. The drive from West Hartford wasn't all that convenient but we were willing to sacrifice our time for your great accolades from a friend of the family's. Our intentions were in good faith. Your answering machine was probably so loaded, if you weren't picking them up daily, it was a pick and choose call back assessment. I didn't make the cut.

Heather is fabulous with our standard poodle puppy; this is a breed that obviously needs frequent grooming so finding a great groomer is so important. Our girl always smells and looks great and is happy after her grooming and their prices are some of the best around. We're very happy to have found The Plainville Pet Groomer!

We moved to Plainville not too long ago from Meriden and had been trying to find a groomer who wouldn’t shave my mini doodle down like a chicken. Marley is 7 years old and has anxiety and isn’t the easiest to work with (nervous poops ? lol)…. Heather and her team were friendly and did an absolutely amazing job on Marley. Thanks Heather for being so accommodating and welcoming to this new little guy ???

The ladies there did an amazing job on my 65lb St. Bernard/Lab mix. When I picked her up she was all tail wags and happy plus she smelled and looked gorgeous. Can't wait to go back!
