We were dealing with a very matted long haired cat who hates being brushed. They took great care of her, shaved the mats, gave her a hygiene cut, trimmed her nails and cleaned her ears. She’s so happy and you can tell how comfortable she is! Thank you so much, we’ll be back!

The Pet Spa and Reva are miracle workers! Our standard poodle, Bo, was in desperate need of grooming. We’re visiting family in CT and I frantically called The Pet Spa. They were able to fit me in the next day! Reva was gentle, caring, and precise. Our boy had the most pleasant time at the spa. He was in and out in under two hours. I can’t thank the staff enough for their friendly and efficient work ethic. Bo looks great and is happy he has all that hair off of him!

We have a one year old, 110+ pound golden Shepard who has severe separation anxiety. I was so nervous to leave him in a new environment but the staff here are so welcoming, knowledgeable, and friendly, I instantly trusted them with my dog. They also did an absolutely amazing job on him and he has never looked better! He came out smiling and happy with a new bandana and they even took his photo and posted it on Facebook which I loved seeing. If they can handle Tatum they can handle anything! They also gave me a full report afterwards about his experience and some suggestions for next time to make his time run even smoother, which I really appreciated. We will be back! ?

I love the pet spa! They are so kind and accommodating. The pictures when they are done are so cute! I love there hours and staff most of all! They take great care of my little dog and they know her by name. Super cute small clean space. I definitely would recommend them over and over again.

Always exceptional service and the staff is attentive. They truly care for your pets as if they were their own. AND! The mini photo shoot is spectacular (and probably my favorite part!).

I cannot say enough good things about The Pet Spa, or our groomer, who I believe was April. We brought our one year-old lab mix, Asher, in for his first groom ever, and we were apprehensive to say the least. Our pup is strong, smart, stubborn and can be “difficult” to handle. We were sure it was going to be a nightmare, and they would refuse to service him. Not only did Asher do great, but he was the star of the show!! Everybody loved him, and said how sweet and well behaved he was. He was so happy and calm, I couldn’t believe it! He is now resting comfortably in front of the AC, with his cute new bandanna, being totally groomed and polished. Thank you so much April and the Pet Spa for taking care of my baby and making me feel at ease about him coming to you again. You have a customer for life in Asher. Love, Asher’s Mom.

Already booked our next appointment. When our dog comes out of the groomer in high spirits and happy, that makes me feel good about my choice in groomers. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Appointments are easy to make and they send text reminders. It's evident they care about animals.

They had my mother medicate her 8 month old puppy and then refused to take him at his appointment because one of their staff called out. This was a grooming for my grandpa's dog, who just passed away a two days ago. They didn't even call us to tell us they needed to cancel.Edit to reply to owner:This puppy has never been groomed before and has ZERO behavior problems. He is a jumpy, hyper breed and a wiggle worm. He was never 'kicked out' of a groomer, because he's never been to one. You're just lying to make what you did look better. He is teething but is NOT aggressive. To call a PUPPY aggressive is to not know dogs. You shouldn't be in business. We took him to arf arf grooming and they cleaned him up in 20 minutes and gave him lots of love and kisses. We hope you go out of business.
