The person who helped me find what I needed was very helpful but the woman who thought she was helpful at self checkout was rude and pushy. I usually enjoy shopping here but she pissed me off. Please put more cashiers at the checkout instead of the self checkout.

I love this pharmacy very very nice ! I’ve been going there with my mom since I was a kid! The pharmacist Beth always ask my mom how I’m doing and always soo caring and polite I really, really appreciate small things like this ! Thank You Stop and shop

Shop here only if you have PLENTY of time. This place has zero concern about your time. Slow AF. Did not meet expectations where customer service is concerned.

My husband went to Pine St location on 1/25/23 morning to get me certain burrito wraps. He could not find it so he asked the young woman in the deli named Cel, she told him where to look and he went but could not find it so he came back to get the cold cuts, she asked if he found it and he said no. She actually went and got them and brought them to him. She was very personable and went way out of job to do that for him. He said he was very impressed with her customer service attitude. She is a very good rep for Stop and Shop service and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves, Carol Visconti

I used this location for my wedding flowers and Bridget who is the floral manager did a beautiful job. I had so many compliments on my bouquet. It was absolutely stunning. The price was more than reasonable. I cannot say enough good things about my experience.

No more for me. Why did you change the check out lines? I like a little privacy when doing self checkout. To keep everyone lined up in one line is upping the percentage of spreading Covid and clogging up the aisle where everyone had to line up for self check out. Way to crowded. And, there is not enough room to even pack your groceries. Absolutely horrible and I felt so bad for the worker standing in the middle of the nightmare of people trying to help everyone out. Horrible. How can you put chicken on sale when there was absolutely none to be around. S&S on Pine St is going downhill. I won't go there anymore. The money it costs to remodel could had provided food for some seniors and hungry people instead. Like they say, if it's not broke, why fix it?

ATTENTION SHOPPERS: Pine Street Stop and Shop has yet again gone below and beneath my already low expectations, this time by putting out smelly slimy rotten rancid deli meat OVER A WEEK PAST ITS EXPIRATION DATE! This ain't no mulligan either. When I came to pick up some cold cuts on New Year's Eve, I found that very same batch of rancid meat waiting for some poor naive sap to take them home. Won't someone please put them out of their misery?But despite all the bad at this location, I feel compelled to mention that Tony the self checkout attendant (or is he manager? If he's not he should be) has distinguished himself as a consummate professional head and shoulders above all the rest at this place. He's quick to help whenever the machine bugs out, and not once have I finished scanning my groceries without a warm genuine "Have a good night sir!" Five star service at a one star store, this man is a regular diamond in the rough.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The store has gone downhill in the worst way. Dirty, run down and the shelves are never stocked even before the pandemic. Don't even get me started on the rude employees at the deli counter. It's embarrassing how bad it's gotten in the past 3 years. I now go 20 minutes out of my way to the Southington store. Do your self a favor and go anywhere but here.

This is a poorly run Stop And Shop. Always out of items. Don't seem like they ever restock anything there. And the deli always takes forever and you are lucky if you find anyone at seafood counter. Meat is limited. Never have anything in stock like filets or roasts. Locally it's a go to type place but as far as a store it's terrible. Also the employees are rude and looks like they are always staring you down like you are about to rob the place. Which is interesting considering you can never get help when ya need it!

Terrible store. I have never had such a bad experience in a Stop and Shop and I've been in quite a few. Employees all seemed edgy; the seafood person screwed up my order; the customer service desk was CLOSED!; Stop and Shop gift cards were out of stock, except for $100 cards, in a Stop and Shop! Really just shocked by the whole experience. I left my groceries and left the store after waiting for a long time to check out while the person in front of me could not get someone to help her with self check issue. Stop and Shop regional manager, if you're reading this, take action. My Newington Ave. West Hartford home store is the complete opposite, friendly, well staffed, attentive, this store gives the brand a bad name.

I think people forgot how to read! The bottle dispense room says 2 bags only yet they are going in there with 5 bags or more. Stop and Shop needs to put a person out there again to control it!!! Apparently people are getting dumber because of Covid.
