I don’t usually do reviews but I had a great experience today. My wife and I stopped at the dealership today on a mission to get a car. Just by luck our sales guy Jason Rivera happened to be the first person I saw walking in the door. Let me just say that I’m glad it was him. He was not your typical salesman. He was not pushy and went above and beyond to show us everything we wanted look at. While we were deciding what we wanted to do the car we were thinking about showed up on a delivery truck. I think he may have unloaded it himself because next thing you know he was coming around the corner with it. Bottom line is if you go to Stephen Toyota I can’t recommend Jason Rivera enough. You won’t be disappointed dealing with him.

These people lied to me, I told them of my bad credit and they said it didn't matter and made me lose a day of work for nothing. On top of that they humiliated me in front of everyone and said I should pay my bills even though they knew of my score before. They love abusing people mentally! Evil place!!!

Spam mail forever.
Bought a 2021 RAV4 Prime during the pandemic. Picked it up immediately from offloading before they even had time for offloading it -- they required a $500 deposit to even get in to buy one. Ever since, they have tracked down everywhere I move and send me mailing after mailing for horrendous deals and offers no one should ever touch.
Don't do business unless you want them stalking your address.

Update: I was told i can come in for service at 10 am. After so many discussions and back and forth the new General manager Racco did some digging and agreed that he will make sure im taken care of. I arrived and everyone was nothing but nice and pleasant at the service center. I will update on how everything turns out regarding the service needed on the car and hopefully they do as agreed and i dont end up with more issues. :) I'm glad they decided to make things right given I as well as my family been customer's since 2013.
Old post:saddest situation they take advantage of vulnerable people give you what you want to hear sell you faulty car ignore you for 3 month to then not take care of the problem. Stating you warranty is over. I got robbed for my money and possessions and no one did it. I have to now pay 1400 + because I got played. They DO NOT want to provide information on they owner or anyone e above general manager stating only Steven or Racco are the only ones I can speak to working on a law suite guess they are also going to deny me services. Let's see what's next. They only care about their company not the costumers. Be careful ?

I had a wonderful experience at Stephen’s Toyota, thank you to Jason M. I needed a car immediately and he found me exactly what I was looking for. Jason was patient, knowledgeable and didn’t pressure me into buying something I didn’t want. The finance team as well as the managers were all very generous and pleasant. A flawless experience working with this team! Highly recommend.

Very disappointed in the dealership. We went to look a couple different cars/trucks. We had a limited budget and we were very honest about that. Because the budget wasn’t a huge sale they didn’t care. The sales person had a attitude, when my husband disliked the cars he was rude and then when they failed to give us the keys to my husbands car as my husband was walking out the manager said “they can’t afford it” in a very rude tone. In reality we could afford it but wanted a specific budget. So we will never return and we will not suggest this to our friends.

Avoid their repair service by any cost. They will rip you off by any means. The salesman told me $90 to change break, after an hour they give me a bill for $490 that has unnecessary change of break pad as well as rotors. Thats not the end, after a month of repairing, i have been seeing all new issue with sensor and coolant valve, not sure what they did inside !
