Do not get your nails done here! This place is horrible the shape was ugly and didn’t match the other nails. The nails are super thick and painful to remove! They rush through a full set. I love getting my nails done but this was just a horrific experience!

I've been going here for years and love the staff and atmosphere. The salon is clean and well maintained and the staff offer you a free drink!

IN LOVE WITH MY NAILS, ask for Cindy. Thank me later. I called to book in advance to make sure I could see her before my birthday this weekend and I’m obsessed with this look.
I got a natural gel manicure with the sparkly ombre tips and rhinestones. I love getting gel manicures because it lasts longer and definitely more bang for your buck ($55)!

Absolutely love this place. This morning was my first time. I already had a full set on from another nail salon in Bristol that I hated and I told Sam what I wanted and he did just that. He did an amazing job. They are very clean and kind. Offered me something to drink. I will 100% go to Sam every two weeks.

I can't even rave about this place enough. I always go to different salons and never leave fully happy.They are INCREDIBLE here. So so so nice and so talented. My daughter wanted a complicated Kuromi that I really didn't think they were going to do and they didn't even hesitate on doing it. She is obsessed and I truly love it (and they got wine )And the price is a lot better than I expected. 100% my forever salonServices: Nail art

I have been going to Star Nails since moving to Bristol 3 yrs ago, always had a good experience. I've never been one to complain about the price especially if the service is great with that said the last 2 times I've gone for a pedicure Ive been really disappointed. Both times I ended up getting a pedi by Kim (not by choice). I always get compliments on my feet and I've always have had a nice square shape but she rounded out all my toe nails which was very upsetting. I didn't say anything because again im not one to complain and I've always had good service. Second time I was hesitant to go back but I desperately needed a pedi, I asked her to please keep the square shape which she did keep but she did a terrible job painting my toes. Alot of the nail polish/top coat (GEL) ended up on my actual toes so when she was done she had to cut a bit of the excess and now all the edges are lifting/peeling so much for the money I paid. I went on a Thursday it was not busy at all but she seemed to be rushing to the point where she ended up cutting my skin and making me bleed as well. Highly disappointed and can't say I will be back.
