Check out line moved at a reasonable pace and had a employee bagging groceries at the end. Temperature was very comfortable which made for a good experience.

I stupidly didn’t ask his name, but the young man with the gorgeous curly hair that works in the order pickup department is truly a gift to ShopRite and us customers!! He’s a gem, grateful for his service! Tips SHOULD be allowed however!! They deserve it!

The party cakes are amazing! I ordered a half sheet cake for my mother’s 98th birthday. Diane worked with me to decide on half vanilla, half chocolate cake with strawberry filling and buttercream frosting- all her idea. She duplicated the decoration from a picture of a cake I showed her. As good as any fancy bakery cake at an amazingly reasonable price. Thank you, Diane.

The Shop Rite on Farmington Ave. in Bristol, CT has the absolute worst produce department I have ever seen in my life. Full of rotting, stinking fruits and vegetables. It’s truly disgusting.

If I could put 10 stars,I would , excellent customer service ,every single employee is always ready for help , anything you need , anytime you need it ,they are there for you ,always great deals ,very fresh produce ,love love this store , highly recommend , left stop and shop way behind , way to go shop Right ???.

The pick up process is run by extremely lazy kids who are rude, and not only that but half the items that I asked for they said were not in stock. Funny, I walked inside the store and was able to find the exact items minus one or two things that I could easily find alternate versions of, pure laziness on their part. So now instead, I had to waste my time going inside and finding the items that I knew were in there to begin with, and then waited 15 minutes after I had texted my arrival and some of the items that were in my bags weren’t even my items that I paid for and things that I didn’t even ask for, needless to say, I will never come back to this location again so unprofessional.
