JAHRIEL BROWNE you always come to our store and sometimes when you come you see we are short staff or something we always try to provide best service you complain to our store that our day was locked and it was not it is broken you could have spoke to us instead of saying fire everyone they need to fire you your rude always with a attitude if we don’t have your chicken you was flirting with me but since i deny you request you want to get upset that’s sad your a grown man do better thank you i will be going to speak to your boss maybe next time communicate instead of Geting upset thank you

I was in the store nearly 25 minutes and other than hello - no one spoke to me. There were two people in the store sitting behind the counter doing nothing. Now when a contractor walked in (the guy that never stopped talking to his co worker) was super friendly. I guess you need to be a contractor and not a consumer to receive service here. I walked out - not worth it!

Decided to come here instead of the Home Depot next door and I'm glad I did. Mike was extremely courteous in helping me pick out the right color for my living room. Will be back next time I've got some painting to do.

I went to the store to get primer. They had limited selection but did have 5 gallon buckets of Bulls Eye. I was charged almost $500 for two. When I asked how it could be that expensive I was assured that was the price. I went home and confirmed these sell for $110-$120 each everywhere else. When I called I was given the same assurances that I was charged correctly. I returned everything and purchased somewhere else. Don't buy anything without checking the prices. They have no shame.

This store is hands down my favorite paint store I’ve ever been in (and I paint for a living). Marcus and Andrew are always super helpful and their customer service is always on point.

Vincent went above and beyond to accommodate all my needs. As I was standing in line the gentleman next to me told me that he is all heart. I couldn't agree more ! This exceptional young man truly cares about the people he serves and does it with such integrity. I highly recommend the Bristol Ct. store.
