It didn't take very long either to get myself into the facility through the online website also filling out all of the info on my cell phone was a breeze and now I have comfort in knowing my items will be safe and secure in the storage bin. This woman I spoke to today was amazing she had her southern accent and was very polite I was so pleased.”

“Ashley, the store manager, is lovely! She was very knowledgeable on company policy and procedures. She took her time explaining all of my options with me. She was patient while I called my husband to discuss these options. My young daughter was with me who can be a handful!! Ashley had a tennis ball at the ready to entertain her! The facility itself was very clean, which is always important. Ashley even gave us a tour and made sure our entry codes were working. Overall this was a great experience, especially in a time where everyone is in such a rush and not always the kindest.”
