After a month long wait for the work, it was a poor job. Took a while for them to admit the paint job didn't match and the hood alignment was off. Even the insurance company agreed when we sent some photos over.
However, they said if the customer isn't happy, they'll try again. Within a week, they had the work re-done and was much better.

They did a phenomenal job repairing the body damage on my car(see pics). HERE'S the huge plus. The customer service is the best I've ever experienced with any type of collision repair and all other types of automotive related businesses.

If you keep reading I'll explain more. I DO NOT like people doing repairs on my car. I don't have the ability to do the level of body work they did. But I perform a motor swap, replace entire suspension systems, diagnose electrical issues and more. Their level of customer service put me at ease. I'm very picky about small details. They took all of that into account. They took care of the insurance payment, supplements, and everything with the insurance company. my car is a 2015 Audi A4. So it has 9 years of sunlight(UV rays), rain, snow/road salt, and many more factors that fade the color of the paint. They matched the paint perfectly. So, you may be a little crazy if you choose Rays CARSTAR for your repairs. At the very least, give them a call. They are great!

5/5!! Ray's Carstar staff took great care of us after we hit a pothole and car was making some funny noises. They got us in super quick and were very helpful in assisting us with filing an insurance claim, turning a very costly repair to a fraction of the price! Great price on tires all around too. Highly recommend this stand-up facility.

I’m beyond happy with the repairs done to my Toyota! It looks brand new again. The repairs are seamless. The best part was I didn’t have to drive to Bristol and was able to drop it off at Enterprise in my town where they sent a driver to pick it up and then drop it off after the job was done. All I had to do was pay my deductible and they took care of the rest. So hassle free. The best part was the car was done earlier than expected. Thank you to Ray’s staff for their help from beginning to end!

All these fake 5 star reviews and then the honest 1 star reviews are exactly the reason im not bringing my car here, my fear of having my car held for months, the fear of it not being the right colour (specific black that has metallic paint in it) dont trust this place, and its in bristol lmao

I dropped my car off to be fixed because of an accident. Ray's worked with the insurance that was at fault, and made it super easy! They did the inspection and estimate within 5 minutes. I made the appointment, dropped off my car, and received it back before the date they gave me. Also, my car had been completely cleaned abd vacuumed out as well! They exceeded my expectations! Great Job Ray's Carstar! You'll have my business again!

Probably the worst choice is to bring your car to this place. They have no sense of urgency in getting your car back to you. Firstly the never followed up to see if they got the approval to begin the work ( you have to do it for them). Then once they finish they took several days to file the supplemental charges and they will hold your car hostage when you would have it it they just followed up on things in timely matter. I should also mention they won't even look at your car without a appointment which was a week out. If you have a life and a job and your car gets you there don't give these people your business they don't need it nor do they value it

I needed body work done on the back of my car. I chose to use Ray’s Carstar for the first time. I’m so glad that I chose them. They did an OUTSTANDING job on my Hyundai. It looks brand new. They even vacuumed my car out which was a huge bonus for me! Everyone was extremely friendly from start to finish. They completed the work quicker than expected. I absolutely recommend going to Ray’s Carstar for any work that needs to be done with your vehicle!!
